Don’t be fooled by the ancient photos take when this place was new and well maintained. It’s not what you will find when you arrive. Run down, unkept, pretty low brow and over priced. Plenty of these kind of places around that would suit budget traveler or backpackers but not what it’s advertised

Having read the reviews we booked this with confidence but we're disappointed on arrival. The location is fantastic and everywhere within walking distance. Breakfast was good and pancakes delicious. However the bungalow was in need of some tlc and serious cleaning. Only visible floors were cleaned. If broken and dirty items were cleaned or replaced then it would be fine.

Very spacious penthouse, clean, beautiful view, quiet, excellent service, great food & accomodating staff..They helped arranged my friends' tuktuk ride to Bokor mountain..The owner answers queries so fast.highly recommended

This place is an Absolute Gem. It's set in a beautiful area, surrounded by colourful gardens with a great view looking down to the coast. The swimming pool is the star attraction, it's beautifully positioned just below the main dining, bar and lounge area....... and it's a good enough size for a decent swim. There are only 8-10 bungalows and a large family apartment, so it's a peaceful and chilled environment. However you're only a 5 minute walk down to the Crab Market, where there are so many restaurants to choose from. There's plenty of tub-tuks available, directly from the resort or around the corner to whisk you off to Kep Beach (only a 10 minute away) or to the ferry for the boats across to Rabbit Island. And right behind the resort is the entrance to the Kep National Park, where there's a lovely walk way around the Kep National Park..... which has great views across the bay and across the nearby valleys. If you're looking for a place to chill out and relax and enjoy great food (either at the hotel's restaurant or in the nearby Crab Market) this is the place fr you. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave!!

Loved the staff and the beautiful grounds - lots of plants and trees and very well taken care of property. The staff were amazing and helped us rent scooters and all round very friendly. Resort is close to a corner shop for cheaper beer and snacks; and not far from the beach and crab market too (although the scooters helped us out!). They have food onsite which we had as we arrived late in the evening and didn’t feel like venturing out. Breakfast was also lovely and great choices of many kinds - fresh and tasty. Pool was great and plenty of chairs to sit in the reception area or by the pool. Our bungalow had some chairs and a hammock on a small balcony - great for relaxing. Just lovely 😊

++ The location is really nice The pool and the garden are amazing The breakfast is good - - The rooms weren't clean (we found boogers on both of our pillows, bed sheets were inside out with a lot of stains, stained towels, no bed cover, we had to ask to have a proper one, the bathrooms need to be renovated...) With all these issues the staff didn't do anything I would not recommend for the high price

Expected more. Breakfast poor. Towels old and used, however clean. Our shoes were taken away by the dogs in the night. We would have appreciated a pre-information that we better don't keep our shoes outside.

The Atmaland Resort team has made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Good quality clean Bungalows with efficient air conditioning, fans including one in the veranda with outdoor seating and hammock. Clean good sized bathroom with hot shower, Comfortable large bed, Multi-channel flat screen TV and a fridge. The on-site restaurant serves good quality food. Easy access to Crab Market, Beach and National Park. The resort is very peaceful with panoramic views and proximity to the sea and National Park make the air feel extra fresh and clean. We have already decided to return for a longer stay. Thank you Sineth and team for looking after us and making us feel we made a smart decision choosing Atmaland Resort.

Great place to stay with children (or even without!). Decent size pool, and a restaurant with surprisingly well-cooked dishes. Both the Khmer and Western options were well done. Good free breakfast as well more than enough to fill you up. Very friendly and helpful staff
