Knights Inn Grand Rapids

I visit family, when I stay. I wasn't there much, but I slept like a log . The bed was very comfortable.

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower wouldn’t turn off. Floors were sticky. Sheets and blanket had cigarette burn holes in them. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were meh.

Basic hotel. Based on previous reviews, the place has improved. Don’t expect much at this price and you won’t be disappointed. No 4 star amenities, just an affordable room for people who can be happy with simple accommodations. We wanted somewhere cool to sleep since our AC was out at home. Located in the heart of shopping and commerce in GR. For $65, it was a good decision for us. We stayed 3 nights on a hot weekend in August. The TV was glitchy with DirectTV. The phone is not connected to the wall and I don’t know if housekeeper came at all. Front desk was friendly. Check-in was easy. There were a few people smoking outside but the room smelled fine. It was clean. The microwave and fridge worked. No regrets. Most importantly for us, the AC worked and we had a good nights sleep. Mattress was covered in plastic under the sheets but it was fine and we slept well. Little noise or disruption from other guests (except one *********er that approached to ask my teenagers if they wanted to get high. Be street smart always. Just stay with your kids! Lol)

While the room appeared pretty clean i suggest a good wipe down of the walls or some fresh paint. Also could do without the smoke filled hallway. Id be mad if i brought my kids to a hotel and it stunk like pot. I will say bed was clean, clean towels and staff was friendly in afternoon and early evening.

This was awful, This has roaches and the sheets were dirty. It was nasty and the hotel smelled like smoke the entire time

Bed comforter had cigarette holes. White sheets were either stained or used. Wad of hair was under the comforter. Bathroom vent was very dusty. There was either feces or vomit all over the wall where toilet is and around the toilet paper holder and light switch. Hair & dirt in the shower. They refused to give me any type of refund. RUN from this property.

Clean rooms decent stay for the price just needed a place to sleep after a rock festival for the weekend was great for that!

It was all good only a bit small for three persons.

Genuinely such a bad experience. Everything was dirty, there was hair in my bed and towels, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, people were constantly stomping around above and next to us and it reeked of cigarettes dispite us having a smoke free room. There was also ants.
