Open substance use in the parking lot, staff seemed intoxicated and not at the front desk. Room was absolutely filthy and smelled horrible. Bathroom unfit for human occupancy or use.

We didn’t even stay, smelly, old, garbage piling up by the customer doors. Lots of run down, possibly abandoned vehicles. After one of the goes complained that their door wasn’t closed properly and couldn’t lock, we left.

The property was really bad. Dirty and lots of people loitering in the parking lot. The room was pretty gross, it smelled awful, half the lights didn’t work, the bed was broken on one side and sloped down. If I wasn’t desperate for a place to sleep on my late arrival I would have went somewhere else.
When I checked in they couldn’t process my virtual card whatever that means and had to pay again for the room. Wow what an experience I never want to have again.

Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Lock not working properly. They changed rooms. Second room had no phone, damaged cabinet that wouldn’t close under the tv. I was there a total of 30 minutes and left. Refused to give me a refund.

Excellent front desk customer service terrible room. Had blood on lamb stains on walls garbage in bathroom I check in look at the room and immediately checked out.

This place is now what you expect from the pictures. The place was dirty with people hanging around the property. My children did not feel safe. The room did not feel comfortable nor did look clean. Worst place to stay. Do not recommend

Owners are super friendly and nice. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit dirty and smelled kind of funny its like someone vomitted in one of the rooms we got. Tried to change the room but theysaid they were fully booked. Maybe if they change the rugs and update the rooms i think they’ll be greats. Customer service is hands down one of the greatest :)
