Premier Inn Chatham/Gillingham (Vic Pier)

Perfect stay nice and quiet with plenty of parking. On arrival the bed was not made for my son. One quick return to the reception and everything was sorted straight away. Would highly recommend using before making your way to the airport which is only a short drive away

The receptionist was magnificent. The room was totally spotless. The air con was already on and it was a very nice sized room. However, when I heard the guest enter the room above mine I realised that the floors of this new build building are not concrete. They are wood, just like living in a Victorian house conversion. You hear people walking about the room above from all the creaking and floor movement. Unbelievable. I would not have stayed in this hotel had I known this. I come for peace and quiet. Not too be reminded of my past student life. Really disappointing. I won't be back as a result.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was freshly cooked in small quantities so wasn't sitting around for too long. Rooms nice and clean.

Overall good experience. Attentive check in and went above and beyond to help with forgotten items Sarah was amazing ! Very customer focused

Only a one night stay but have to say I was very impressed. Very friendly and efficient Lady at reception on arrival which immediately put me at ease. Room was immaculate and air condition had been put on as it was a hot afternoon. Bed and mattress very comfortable and extra pillows available if needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of things and the self service cooked breakfast all nice and fresh Again very friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again when I visit the area in future. Great customer service is a rare thing nowadays but on my visit it was very evident. Hats off to you all and thank you for making my short stay so very nice. Look forward to coming back again before long

We had a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn in Chatham, and would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff that work here. Sarah dealt with a difficult situation involving a vulnerable adult, and handled it with sensitivity and empathy, doing a tremendous job in immediately defusing the situation so it didn’t affect other guests. Well done to Louis as well for keeping the restaurant running during this time. Sarah is a credit to herself and Premier Inn, as well as all the staff that work here. Thank you very much!
