The room and bathroom was overall clean and the furnitures made a good impression. Unfortunately there were no curtains to close and the room was very noisy, so you could hear the cars and guests as well. Staff at the reception was friendly and the check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable.

This motel is special: I’m a motel fan and it is the first motel I’ve ever see that goes with an elevator! it gave me both a surprise and delight that I could easily carry my luggage to the second floor. You can tell the owner knows how to do business: it’s TV is even larger than the one I lived in downtown NOLA—and most important of all, the TV is working very well. Before switching to this motel, I lived in Aloft New Orleans Downtown for 3 nights, with nightly rate above $200, yet I felt quite inconvenient because Aloft lacked this and that. So really, amenities can be new or old, but the sense of the owner to invest in essentials to provide convenience does not necessarily mean that these things have to be “fancy” (but useless). While I wouldn’t say the level of cleanliness was also super—it was ok (though the blankets could have been nicer)—but overall in the world of motels, this one makes me feel that the owner does intend to offer you some needed service.

Ho prenotato per un soggiorno di una notte perché era un volo precoce la mattina seguente. E' stato bello che la stanza fosse spaziale come un hotel americano. E' stato comodo con servizio di pick-up/drop aereo gratuito. Non sapevo che ci fosse un servizio di pick-up, quindi ho portato Uber all'hotel, ma quando ho controllato, il personale mi ha chiesto prima se andassi all'aeroporto o quando volavo, e mi ha prenotato gentilmente. Grazie a ciò, sono riuscito a raggiungere l'aeroporto alle 5.00 il giorno seguente.

La camera pulita e bella, ma non tutte le camere hanno microonde e frigo. Il servizio potrebbe essere migliore. Non c'è macchina per il ghiaccio o la macchina per le bevande, ma hanno acqua di ghiaccio nel lobby. Era tutto a posto per una notte.

Ho scelto questa proprietà a causa della vicinanza all'aeroporto. Il personale del desk front era utile e il check-in era veloce. Il letto era pulito e ben fatto, potevo dire che le foglie e le letti erano state lavate. Il bagno era un po' disgustoso e antiquato, ma non troppo sporco. Il mio unico negativo era il telaio nella stanza. Ho tenuto le scarpe tutto il tempo (a meno che non dormissi) perché c'era un film sul telaio che mi fece sentire sporco.
