Stunning hotel with stunning grounds and amazingly attentive and friendly staff Rooms are spacious and comfortable and definitely 5 star Sitting in the outside beer garden which was delightful was made even more special when we spotted a seal feeding on the fish coming down the stream which runs along side the hotel grounds with gushing water falls making a truly relaxing atmosphere We arrived 3 hours early and they made arrangements for us to take a room that was ready We are truly thankful for the amazing staff making this stay all we had hopes for Don’t stay anywhere else this place is fabulous Truly

Stunning garden with nature walks. Close to nature and space to sit outside and have a drink. All staff are helpful and warm. Made my fav cocktail, not on menu, perfectly . Rooms large clean well appointed. Air conditioning in room. Amazing views from room window. Food so far excellent. Full amenities, spa facilities with massage etc onsite. Can’t find anything to say negatively. Truely 5 star and as good as seen online, even better bc can hear the creek from room.

From the moment , we arrived to the minute we left the experience of staying in the Sheen Falls Lodge was second to none. The staff are obviously highly trained in customer service . I think nearly every member of staff greeted us upon passing. The deluxe room was fantastic with a balcony looking onto the waterfall. The room was luxurious with mini fridge and nespresso coffee machine . The breakfast experience was so lovely and food was cooked fresh for each individual with tables dressed to nicely and everything supplied. Food in the stable brasserie was very good. There’s many a hotel could take several leaves out of Sheen falls lodge’ book in the way a hotel should be run. Five stars to the staff and management . We will definitely be back !

Beautiful hotel and property! Check-in was smooth and we were offered a hot whiskey on arrival , which was so good! I’m not a whiskey person but this was amazing! Make sure to partake! We were upgraded to an Estate room (Amex FHC perk) and it was massive, With a view of the bay! We had dinner both nights at The Stables and the food and service was fantastic each night. Breakfast is served in The Falls restaurant and it was delicious, with a great selection of cold foods as well as made to order hot foods. Service was fantastic too! We took a walk around the property after dinner and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend staying when you are visiting beautiful Kerry county!

Relaxed luxury in beautiful surroundings. First time staying at Sheen Falls and looking forward to going back. The hotel is stylish, spacious and relaxed with lovely staff. It's a special place with nice spaces to eat, drink or chill out. With nice walks on the grounds, the hotel offers a number of activities and a free shuttle to Kenmare town.

Had a wonderful 2 night’s stay here. The grounds are so well maintained and perfect for a leisurely stroll. Lobby and corridors have lovely art work to browse. Our room with balcony was large, comfortable and all amenities to make your stay happy but of course the views from the balcony were stunning. Food was excellent in the Falls Restaurant and thanks to Theo who looked after us so well. Breakfast was superb, great selection of hot and cold food. The concierge, Brian, collected us in Kenmare town, such a lovely interesting man to chat to. Enjoyed our visit to the pool and staff very helpful there, too. All in all a perfect stay and would love to return soon!

This is our ‘boomerang’ hotel. We keep going back. And for good reason; it is pretty much close to perfect. Great staff , great food, and a marvellous location, beside a picturesque stream with falls and a bridge dating to the 1770 ‘s. This time we discovered lovely walks around the bay on the way into Kenmare.

100% 5 star stay. The grounds are beautiful and the treatment on arrival was superb- from our welcome drink, to the history of the Hotel and to be shown to our room. Top Class! The food in the stables was fab and the breakfast was delicious the following morning. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. I was expecting an outdoor hot tub for a 5 star but over all it was amazing. Will be back again in the near future!

I spent two days in Sheen Falls on a solo trip. It was simply heaven. The hotel manages to give 5 star quality and service with the warmth, banter and hospitality of visiting somewhere that feels familiar...which is a rare feat. Michelle at reception was superb as were all the front of house staff including the doormen (who braced the driving rain to deliver cars and luggage for people on their check in and check out). My room was exquisite; plush furnishings, an amazing bed, huge double bathroom and a balcony overlooking the falls. Very nice dinner in the Brasserie and superb dinner in the Sheen Falls restaurant. Fantastic service from Valentin and his colleagues in the bar and from Georgio in the restaurant. I had an incredible spa treatment with Annalise, I would highly recommend her. Sorcha the spa manager was also excellent. I was sorry to leave and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Sheen Falls
