Staff were very friendly and helpful, a real pleasure. Hotel in a good spot but no parking. Our room on the 4th floor smelt and felt damp. The radiator didn't work so lovely receptionist sent up a heater. It's a budget hotel and ultimately, the staff themselves were the highlight. Thank you

Checked in,as soon as we get to our room which is room 302 it was open with dirty towel used as a door stopper and dirty linens on the hallway, we told the reception about it and the receptionist told us they will removed it immediately but when we returned to our room it's still there and they removed it the next day,strange practice of handing the key each time you leave the hotel without verifying your identity when requesting the return of the key.Poor ventilation ,windows are dirty one window won't open,won't recommend.

Stayed at few times but standards are dropping. Food isnt as good as it was a few months ago. Some rooms need maintenance work. Good showers. Staff friendly but clearly understaffed. Dinner very basic and menu is mostly microwave meals or Chicago town pizzas. Breakfast very average. Wouldn't book meals again.

Despite a late check-in and an unexpected £16 charge for the children, the experience was great. The receptionist was helpful, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. I'd recommend this hotel.

Food good Helpful staff Good location for train & bus station

A clean and comfortable hotel just outside the main drag, about a 7 min walk to town. Very friendly and efficient staff, we had a slight problem with our shower but this was swiftly dealt with by staff giving us a key to another room to use the shower. We paid £8.50 each for breakfast, an excellent cooked breakfast. One of the best we’ve had for a long time

I only stayed for the night and had a good night's sleep. The room was cosy with a large, comfy bed. The only minor issue was that the shower wasn't quite warm enough, but not cold. Breakfast was delicious, but rather than having a hot buffet selection, they brought out the hot food to order, which I preferred as it tasted freshly cooked and warm. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception, and the location was ideal, being in the town. There's no on-site parking, but we parked nearby in the cricket club car park that was only £2 overnight.

在温德米爾找不到合適的房間，於是定這家酒店。開始擔心酒店名稱不對，現在已經改過來了。酒店就在火車站對面，非常舒適。酒店離乘坐公交555的車去温德米爾衹有步行10分鐘。房間非常舒適，早餐有熱食，非常推薦！並願意再次入住
