This cute little place has its own entrance through the back with a relaxing backyard to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Just minutes from Chatfield Reservoir, South Platte River, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Botanical Gardens, Waterton Canyon there is endless fun to be had. Favorite restaurants in Littleton: Angelo's Tavern, The Melting Pot, Chopsticks, Hogback bbq, Carlos Miguel's, 5280 Steaks and Seafood, Breckenridge Brewery and Lakehouse Kitchen and Tavern Other favorite spots: Downtown/ 16th Street Mall is a 25 minutes drive Blackhawk/Central City casinos about 35 minutes Indian Hot Springs is about 30 minutes away Breckenridge is a 1 1/2 hour drive *Please note, the entrance to the basement apartment is down a path of river rocks, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
