Если не придираться к мелочам - отель супер. Персонал работает на 200%, в данной ценовой категории я не знаю отелей в Турции с таким сервисом. Питание - шикарное. Также хочется отметить наличие полноценного аквапарка на территории, горки действительно экстремальные. А вид с пляжа на гору Тахталы - можно описывать бесконечно.

My name is Gaukhar. I am from Kazakhstan, Almaty city. I arrived from Kappadokia yesterday to this hotel. I like everything here. Staff, swimming pool, Turkish hamam, breakfast, discoteq and especially sea. I have met Kevin today. He is destination manager. My room is clean, comfortable and suit. There is everything, what I need. The staff is polite and professional. The food is tasty and fresh.

Very nice and calm area with absolutely helpful welcoming staff. Specially Dilara, Keyvan and Anna from guest relations help you feel at home. I enjoyed the sports facilities a lot. Nilüfer is a great instructor there. Aqua park was so fun, too. I like Buğra as well. He works at bar, he is very friendly and it's nice that he can speak English. However, the buildings maintenance and room service need some improvements.

Beach is super . Foods are also so tasteful and there are lots of kind . Sea is a little bit wavy but it's so clear. We love the stuff of this hotel especially mr.kevin from guest relations. He was very kind and helpful . Hi was perfect. I want to go there one more time .

The food wasn't so good,however hotel personnel were helpful and kind in particular Dilara from guest relations was great.The Beach was great and also crystal clear. We came here with family. All of us have fun . We love aqua Park and animation also .

I have recently been in this hotel for a week. You see, 5-stars hotel means "professional servitude" which i have NOT seen there at all in a week! They are working there by their feelings, means; if they feel good about you and your nationality, they may somehow treat and help you better than the others! Otherwise they don't even greet you, and then you are the one must greeting and begging them to treat and help you! I must say; hygiene and cleaning are the greatest issues in this hotel!
