Sealife Kemer Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Otel çok temizdi, olanaklar güzeldi. Tüm hizmet eden görevli arkadaşlar ***et ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Düzgün bir yönetim ve düzgün bir işletmeydi. Memnun kaldık.

Die Toiletten in bade bereichen waren sehr dreckig. Es waren deutlich zu wenig Angestellte um den Wünschen hinterher zu kommen, teilweise lange Wartezeiten an Bars weil nur einer in der Bar arbeitet. Essen hat gut geschmeckt doch war es jeden Tag das selbe, keine Abwechslung sogar die Plätze von dem Essen haben sich nicht geändert.

Our first time in Kemer. We’ve stayed for one week and couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. :) Rooms were always clean and have everything you need. The food and drinks selection was more than enough. Just soups could be warmer. Waiters and bartenders were so nice and always served with smiles. The pool areas were very good - one for families with children with music and games and one placed in quiet zone. Amazing. Pebbly beach is private and so magical. A lot of sunbeds and access to the sea is good -＞ from beach or the pier. Animation program through the day is great and in the evening you get a lot of fun with different shows or parties. So so nice. The staff and management is kind and friendly. When we had some issues they always helped us to solve it immediately. Thanks to all. :) We will definitely come back.

The hotel is very convenient for friends and family , it has a wide selection of food and beverage, a lot of activities to do, comfortable bed and pillows , we had a nice seaview room with big balcony , A big thank you to ksenia, guest relation manager , her service went beyond our expectations , very professional and friendly and another thank you to Hassan the waiter in the restaurant next to the pool , although he knows a little English , his service was delivered with emotions and he is very attention to details.

I have visited many places and a couple of all inclusive hotels, none of them can be compared to this one, top notch service, friendly and helpful staff and kind people.Beautiful and well maintained beach and gardens. Every recommendation for a good rest and peaceful holiday. If you wish a more active holiday there are many hotel organized activities.The food was very tasty with a lot different types to choose from.We will go to the same hotel next year.❤️

I like this hotel, animation verry good, DENIS is the BEST!!!! Service is perfect!!! Sea life resort hotel , come everybody!!! Only this Hotel the best! And animator Deniz and Gulten the BEST!!!! Only they make nice animation!I come back!!

The hotel itself is fine, good location, near the city center, you can walk or take dolmush, taxi..The beach is beautiful and clean, although it is narrow and not so much space, the problem is with sunbeds, if you want to reserve it, you have to place a towel early in the morning, 7am, otherwise you will not have a place. That was a bother for us, evethough we have a little child and woke up earlier, I can imagine how that was for younger people... When we first arrived they gave us a tiny room on the last floor, where it was scorching hot. I was like we are not staying here. So we had to pay extra 100e for a seaview room, which was nice and spaciouos, had a big balcony. Not very nice from them, we have never experienced that in any hotel, they usualy gave us even better and bigger room than we had payed for since we have a small child. Perfid way to make you pay more...The staff is so and so, some are nice some not so much, my opinion is they all have to try to be friendly in a 5* hotel, and learn some more English. The cleaning was superficial, just swipe the floor a bit and change towels, bedding maybe once, they never cleaned the countertops at the bathroom or a bit more the room, just up in front,once topped our fridge with water. We often had to wait long in afternoon for the room to be cleaned. The food was ok, there was plenty and good quality although it was pretty much the same every day. You will not be hungry. The tables could be cleaner, they just leave the same mat that someone used and place clean fork and knife. Coffee is appaling, they don't have a decent coffe machine like in caffes, so be prepared for that. Turkish coffee is ok, if you like to drink it. Coctails were nice. The lady who works with childrend at the kids club was super nice, thank you, our child had fun. I don't think we will be back, there is plenty other hotels in Turkey.

This hotel is a great option for young and older people also. In rooms you have everything you need. Hygiene is okay, they change the towels every day. Food was great, you have a lot of options eventhought it is similar every day. Animation team was great, Deniz and Gulten were the best! Every day there is pool gym, water polo and darts. Every night there is a show going on, and it was great. The only thing that could be better is WiFi (it is really good in rooms only, on the beach the signal is unstable).
