Ho avuto un gemellaggio perché il doppio era andato e aiutato a mettere insieme il letto, poi la TV non è stata spenta e il cameriere ha gridato per aiutare Il personale è anche molto amichevole e amichevole, se la porta è chiusa alla notte, quindi è sicuro per coloro che portano veicoli

Il posto è vicino alla cavolo di gnocchi e proprio davanti a un supermercato. facile da trovare. È stato fornito colazione, può scegliere me goreng, nasi goreng con uova e roti con uova bollite. in generale ok

In generale è un buon hotel, fa parte di un gruppo a lungo termine di Santika, situato nel centro di Cirebon. È un hotel più vecchio rispetto a alcuni di Cirebon. Il servizio è molto buono, il personale è molto accogliente e informativo, sono in vigore protocolli sanitari e il lobby è un alto massimale semi-alto che aiuta con la circolazione aerea. Cirebon può essere un po' freddo di notte, e molti visitatori si attaccano al lobby di sera. La pulizia delle stanze è buona, un po' di posti qui e là, ci saranno persone che si preoccupano molto di questo tipo di cose, e per me era una sorta di buona. Il servizio per la colazione era piuttosto standard, il personale era molto bello e utile. Hanno lavato le auto con complimenti per gli ospiti. In generale non era molto speciale, ma non era così male.

Agak lucu ya nginep disini sebenernya ini hotel enakkk secara lokasi bneran tengah kota, harga pun bersaing, makanaaan enaaaaakk bneran tp 1 deh kalo yang udh baca ulasan aku kalo kalian sampe hotel di kasih lt 3 JANGAN MAU disitu kamar panas bgt, Ac jg lama dinginnya aku komplain 3* baru mereka pindahin aku bayangin pas masuk hotel panasss kaya di oven setelah itu kita coba positif thingking ajah tp ternyata gak tahan gak dingin² donk udh 2 jam akhirnya saya komplain keras baru dipindahin ke lt 2 yang beda jauh deh kamarnya dingin donk ... Di lt3 panas karena diatas itu rooftop jadi panas begitu sih kata org sana tp buatku ini cacat gitu gak sih secara service semoga dewanti bisa menangani kamar hotel supaya lebih bagus lagi segi ac nya ..

I stayed at the Bentani for nearly 6 months on business. I would highly recommend if you are in Cirebon for an extended stay to choose the Bentani. Service - service standards at the Bentani are high. The staff are friendly and I found staying there to feel very familial. I enjoyed spending time chatting with the staff during quiet moments. Food - the Bentani has several excellent restaurants. The main restaurant has a wide selection of Indonesian food and a smaller selection of European style food. A Korean, Japanese and Thai restaurant also feature very good menus. The Japanese restaurant specialises in Teppanyaki and Shabu-Shabu. The main restaurant is also where breakfast is served - a buffet of continental and Asian style breakfast options. The main restaurant has been recently refurbished to a high standard, but is sometimes quite crowded. The quality of food was high across the board. Alcohol - there is a wide variety of drinks on offer via the bar, Grizzly's, which has a pool table and live music. The Bentani also has a wine cellar that looks impressive but unfortunately is mostly full of empty bottles. This may be an enduring impact of COVID, which I can understand. The wine list is primarily basic Australian and some Indonesian wine, with a couple finer bottles available (one champagne, one Penfolds) if you're willing to pay the prices. However, for an IDR 300k corkage charge, they will let you drink your own wine, so I would recommend bringing some wine if you're that way inclined. Rooms - the rooms are a good standard with large beds, A/C, TVs and convenient power sockets by the bed. The bathrooms are slightly less new but fine overall. However, windows are single-glazed sliding windows that often do not shut completely or keep out noise. There is a Christian group that comes every Sunday and uses amplification for singing very loudly in the main conference room from 7am until 10am, which disturbed me regularly until I asked to be moved to a different side of the hotel. If you're by the pool or the car park, you may hear some noise, particularly as Indonesian families seem to be in the pool at 6am many mornings and locals mostly use mopeds and motorbikes for transport. Pool - the pool is small but very pleasant and mostly out of the sun from about 4pm, perfect for cooling off. Spa / Massage - the on-site massage is very good and also priced attractively. However, they only take cash which stopped me going sometimes as I wasn't in the habit of carrying cash. Local transport - the hotel has a car available to drive you / collect you within the local area, which is useful.

On my way bu train I had to book a hotel for one night in Cirebon. So many offers, but Metland hotel stood out. First the location from railway station to hotel. 5 minutes walk. Checkin lady was so friendly, room was neat, great matress, a/c working, tv and nice barhroom with hot/cold shower. The most surprising was the internet connection; was stable and fast! Breakfast was more I hoped for. Indonesian and western style, a kot to choose from. Again service was so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!
