Mi interessava stare in questo hotel a causa della sua posizione unica in un complesso residenziale e dell'atmosfera bella che circonda l'hotel. Ho fatto una prenotazione attraverso booking.com, tutti i processi fino a che non ho controllato tutto andato bene, il processo di check-in è stato molto efficiente, non più di 3 minuti. Tuttavia, tutti i pensieri di godere di una stanza pulita e tranquilla, e il desiderio di godere del circolo dell'hotel attraverso la finestra della camera da letto, sono scomparsi immediatamente. I miei occhi trovarono immediatamente le spiagge di capelli sul divano e anche sul pavimento della camera da letto, e la finestra della camera era chiusa con una finestra di vetro ghiaccio che mi assicurava di non poter vedere nulla dalla stanza, Lasciate che solo diventino belli nell'atmosfera naturale che era stata in me.DISPERTO.TIPS : 1. La stanza è pulita, ma piccola e non corrisponde alle foto grandi. Anche il bagno è molto piccolo e un po' sporco. Sulla terrazza, ho trovato un posacenere con della cenere sparsa sul tavolo. L'acqua calda elettrica deve essere aggiunta, ma i servizi dell'hotel non sono inclusi. L'isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è lontana. Buona rete wireless.

It’s our first time travel to Semarang. From check-in till check-out everything was perfect!services, food, room,Mr Faiq the General Manager and his staff was super kind and helpful.... you name it its all worth it. Everyone and everything in Gracia made our stay perfect and we could not think of any better place to spend our leisure time. My husband and I would have come back here every now and then with our beloved fam :) can't wait to plan our next visit soon.

Probabilmente questo hotel aveva migliori momenti, ma la pandemia ha colpito duramente. Camera ok. Bagno sporco. Veramente sporco! Non ho fatto la foto, ma era grosso. Acqua calda. AC era buono. Ristorante chiuso. Parcheggio è all'interno e hai bisogno di alcune competenze. Molto sfidante. La piscina infinita al 30° piano è bello. Puoi vedere tutta la città.
