We have been staying here for few days. Yes the hoteliers are nice and they are professional attending our call. I will recommend you to stat here. Hotel ambience is awesome next to Lake Wakatipu

Great apart from a building blocked a view of the lake. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Easy check in and very friendly staff at the reception. Kaycee shared the hotel amenities and the best way to get to town via a water taxi. Hotel room was huge and the bathroom and tub were a delight. The area of the hotel is pretty private and the views of the lake breathtaking!

This is not really 2 bedroom house. Each room has no wall at all and you can hear everythig and doors? are privacy glass so you can see lights and these doors are very noisy. It has washing machine and full kitchen which is handy but the bedroom is not really separated from the living room.

The front desk staff is outstanding .Very helpful and friendly . The rooms are lovely .. the in room fireplace is a great touch ! The spa is great - very professional! The food and beverage needs to be improved .Stacks is ok.. but when I went , 1 hour before closing they were more interested in closing than they were in getting my order correct . The bar snacks at the Pinot pit need more variety and healthy less expensive options.

Booked 2 rooms with friends. Happy to come back after the Covid. Staff are friendly and the hotel is good. However, compared to couple years ago, it is old now, can tell from some amenities. The hotel has water taxi that is very convenient if you don’t want to drive and stuck in the traffic to the town. Cost very reasonable. Close to ski resorts and there has a stop for shuttle bus to The Remarkable.

Great hotel with a breakfast and nice view only thing is out of the city centre which does make going into town more difficult.

Flight was delayed coming into Queenstown so arrived over an hour later than we should have finished checking in after a very long day travelling at 10:03 and I asked about room service or food to be told that finished at 10:00. Was starving and not very happy about that. Literally would have settled for anything, ended up with a packed of potato chips and a chocolate bar. Not very 5 star if you ask me. Rest of the stay was fine

Amazing stay. We had a blast at this hotel. Perfect location, clean, friendly staff. We’ll definitely come back to this place. Strongly recommended.

Awesome experience staying at Hilton.

A great location to access to the remarkable ski field. Kids loved the swimming pool.

Not in town and has to pay $16 for overnight parking but it's acceptable. Need $50 via credit card for guarantee. Staff said it will be cancelled once checked out. However, the credit card charged us. Hopefully, it will be returned soon.
