Hotel in zona Mount Mahabharat, Kavrepalanchok

Un indirizzo molto buono. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e tutta la sua famiglia molto accogliente. Buona cena preparata dalla moglie. Bella vista sulla catena imaliana. Le camere sono molto piacevoli, soprattutto per questo prezzo. Il proprietario può organizzare viaggi in auto per raggiungere il centro di Dhulikhel per un periodo di 15-20 minuti a piedi.

Dhulikhel Lodge Resort è un hotel a gestione familiare e si può sentire come si sente a casa immediatamente. Tutti erano così gentili, attenti e così utile, dovevo fare un PCR, Julia era così gentile da chiamare l'ospedale per controllare i dettagli e mandare con me qualcuno dall'hotel per accompagnarmi e per ottenere la relazione più tardi senza dover andare di nuovo. A nessun costo! Le camere erano confortevoli e spaziose, alcune con un giardino privato. Potresti voler prenotare le camere e le suite migliorate. La posizione dell'hotel è così bella e entro 2 minuti ai negozi e ristoranti. C'è una splendida piscina infinità all'ultimo piano dove si possono vedere le montagne e il valle nell'orizzonte. L'alloggio è una vera gemma. Si può chiedere loro di organizzare la giornata di ripeto al monastero di Namo Buddha o per un viaggio nella zona. Il nostro autista è stato molto gentile e professionale. Grazie per tutto!

Hotel is amazing with great views, great rooms and wonderful staff. At the breakfast, Roshan was amazing to help us and because of him we had an amazing breakfast and a great talk. At check in, we had an amazing experience by Bharat who helped us check in, as well as helping us set up a great hike nearby. Finally Basante was also great in the evening times when he told us about the history and landscapes of Nepal, as well as helping us set up a yoga class in the morning. Thanks to these staff members we had a wonderful experience, with great views, weather, and peace.

Staying at Kavya Resort & Spa was absolutely a highlight of our trip in Nepal. The resort is unquestionably beautiful with our suite overlooking the Himalayas (during allowable weather conditions). The resort is also favorably situated uphill with just a 10-15 mins short walk to a 360 view point where we can have a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset. Indeed, we could also see the sunrise from our suite at some corners which was fascinating as well. Staff here was excellent, thoughtful and caring. Their services were extraordinary which I was very impressed. Architectural design of the buildings/villas are nice, food is nice as well. We had a meditation session with Shree Swami Ji which was a complementary activity offered by the hotel. Shree Swami Ji is very knowledgeable and professional. Shree Swami Ji presented us knowledge of meditation, idea, usage, and such. I am a curious person and would like to understand how thing is done and why it’s done. Therefore, the session suits me a lot which was at the same time relaxing and meditation knowledge gained. We had also happened to have done a numeric astrological session with Shree Swami Ji. It was very interesting. I have done other astrological, zodiac or Chinese fung shui analyses before. I’d say the numeric astrological has provided us a deeper understanding of our personal trait and I am happy that we had this consultation with Shree Swami Ji. He also provided us remedies on what we could do going forward to balance our different energies. This session enhanced my experience at Kavya which I think apart from being relaxed, I have gained a thorough understanding of myself as well. We only stayed for one night at the resort which I now regret that I have not stayed longer. I will for sure return to Kayva in my next visit to Kathmandu and arrange at least a 2 to 3-night stay at Kavya to participate other activities offered such as yoga, visiting to villages, and so on. The atmosphere at the resort and our sessions with Shree Swami Ji were very relaxing. I feel like my mind and soul are utterly cleansed after my stay.

Was able to make a video. Cannot post that one on Trip app. For this trip to Nepal, I had a driver scheduled ahead of time to make the drive up there in the dark easier. Pay extra if they stay or go down. No need to leave the property, but lovely locals in both road directions. It seems lots of people take their motorbikes up. There’s even college students and bus groups. Some vacant and less expensive hostels, but this location has everything needed. I think it’s a good night or two to stay. I arrived dinner and stayed two nights. All employees wonderful. Binod said Hotel can help arrange driver, but the bus also comes up. Sunrise depends on fog. Good either way.

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests
