"È un ottimo hotel. La posizione è vicina alla stazione degli autobus. La camera è molto pulita. Le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni giorno. La colazione è ottima, continentale. Si può raggiungere a piedi il lungomare, dove si trovano numerosi bar e ristoranti. La reception è molto cordiale. La connessione Wi-Fi non era molto buona nella mia camera, mi serviva per lavoro e la receptionist mi ha chiesto se volevo cambiare camera. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel."

"L'hotel è rinnovato, il bagno è molto bello, e vi piace questa immagine in alto soffitto e in piu', ma la persona che dorme in alto, come noi, e il vostro bambino, che sveglia di notte e cerca di andare in bagno, ti preoccupa se cade. Perché le scale sono molto piccole. Per un bambino, un vecchio o un alcolizzato. Non c'è colazione all'hotel, con una macchina al centro 6-7 minuti ma ci sono anche caffè e pescatori vicino all'hotel. La persona in ricezione ama molto. Non vi è alcun problema per il parcheggio, la strada è disponibile."

"I stayed for 5 nights whilst working in Northern Greece in June this year (2025). The Hotel is easy to find, being situated on the extreme west side of the city. The city centre and waterfront is a 5 minute drive further down the road. Parking is limited but adequate-the spaces are mostly adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite small and offers a boutique feel-the rooms are well-appointed and clean-the corridors and floors leading to the rooms are up-lit and inviting. I was warmly greeted by the reception team- they were very helpful-especially (I think I remember the name correctly) Paula and offered a great service-down to keeping an eye on my luggage as I had breakfast on the final morning. The breakfast is a buffet-style affair, with plenty of everything. Georgia in the downstairs dining room was superb-nothing was too much hassle and I felt well-looked after. Similar story for Dimitrius in the rooftop restaurant. The small kindnesses were appreciated. The a-la-carte menu on offer upstairs catered for all tastes and arrived quickly. I didn't give the full five stars, as I went to take a few photos overlooking the city at night time from the rooftop, and was promptly barked at by the manager upstairs, who assumed I wanted booze at 1am. When I explained I wanted a picture, not service of any kind (the area is always open and so is accessible even at night), he immediately climbed down and apologised, but the barking had been done at that point. Maybe he'd had a hard night, but it was a little unprofessional, and left a sour taste. All in all, I was very happy with my stay, and would return. Hopefully lessons in assumption over patience were learned-but one less than perfect interaction in 5 days didn't upset my stay."
