there were fees that were unexpected , I was not aware of the fees. Thought with a $1500 cost it would be included. I know i will not be staying at the Cliff again. And at that cost I still had to do dishes and vacuum and wash towels. will not mention the cliffs to family and friends.I did like the shower heads, and that there were handicap showers for my auntie.we did request a shower chair , which help her shower. I did not like all the chickens and the mess they left behind and noise.some areas needed more lighting on the walk way and the signs with room numbers. needed more lighting on the main drive inn entrance .we were told to open the sliding glass doors for a nice breeze, but did not feel good while sleeping.didnt feel safe leaving drapes wide open,for security reasons.your trash situation needs improvement,trash area always full that includes the recycling area.the walk to the cliff area was great and had a nice view, sat there for hours and enjoyed the view.the pool area was nice and clean and security was alot nicer and excerise room was nice and clean.

UUtente ospiteUn posto molto bello per stare una volta che si ingoi il prezzo. Il resort era molto pulito. Le persone amiche e sono molto flessibili. Check out è alle 10, ma si ospitano con bagagli e forniscono una stanza di ospite per 30 minuti per pulire dopo. Ci hanno permesso di utilizzare le strutture del resort tutto il giorno dopo la verifica, cosa molto speciale.

UUtente ospiteLa mia squadra e io recentemente ho trascorso una settimana in questo club di vacanze. Ci siamo davvero goditi del tempo e abbiamo trovato tutti nella squadra dell'hotel per essere utili e veloce. Come 4 adulti, abbiamo trovato il posto spazioso, ben attrezzato cucina e amato il balcone. I terreni, il giardino e le piscine erano molto carini e ben mantenuti. Poche volte abbiamo scritto per la spazzatura di raccogliere e rinfrescare i tovaglioli e la squadra era lì in 10 minuti o meno. Jose era super utile. La spiaggia dell'hotel era bella, abbiamo affittato una ombra un giorno per avere un'ombra. Poipu spiaggia è a pochi passi e ci sono stati torte marine! Lei fare classe è stata un'attività divertente per partire le vacanze. A quanto pare, le buone scelte erano piuttosto limitate all'hotel e siamo usciti o cucinati nella stanza per la maggior parte dei pasti.

La stanza dell'hotel che abbiamo (livello 1) è affrontata dalla spiaggia e è grande, tranne che non è la più pulita come abbiamo visto 1 lizard e almeno 10 cazzo di cuccioli. Questo potrebbe essere dovuto alla stanza del livello 1: non ci siamo disturbati di cambiare stanza, perché ci siamo trovati solo per un po' e abbiamo sconfezionato tutti i nostri oggetti fino al momento in cui abbiamo capito la presenza di tutti i crawlies. Le strutture sono buone, con lavanderia, macchina per il ghiaccio e microonde.Il buffet per colazione è dimenticabile, ma il personale di servizio è tutto bello.

UUtente ospiteI hate to give a poor review, but I want to make people enough information to decide for themselves. Pros: The location was great (about a 5 minute drive from the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to a number of restaurants and an ABC store). The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and had 2 full baths and 2 lanais. The stencils on the walls were charming. Cons: If you are a neat freak you might want to look elsewhere. The tile floors were not very clean. I tried to wipe down the floors in the main living area, but we still ended up cleaning our feet off before putting our shoes on to leave. The bathrooms were reasonable as to cleanliness. Another thing to consider is that our unit didn't have central air. There were 3 window units (1 in each bedroom and another in the living area). They operate on a timer and they are loud so it makes it a little hard to fall asleep.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un buon ristorante se si può ottenere un prezzo ragionevole, come abbiamo fatto. Se si prenota direttamente attraverso il ristorante i prezzi sembrano alti per il valore. Uno dei jacuzzi non ha funzionato e l'altro è stato abbastanza pieno durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione era buona e l'accesso a tutte le aree dell'isola era facile e conveniente. La sala aveva buon servizio, bevande, cibo e intrattenimento notturno, che era un buon plus. Credo che questo resort sarebbe buono per le famiglie. Le camere sono un po' date, ma sembra che si stiano facendo aggiornamenti. Le camere hanno davvero bisogno di una cortina forte sulla porta scorrevole al lanai. Abbiamo trovato le grandi porte di piantagione di legno che si scorrevano vicino a essere turbolenti e timidi. Rimarremmo qui a causa del grande personale e del servizio benvenuto che abbiamo ricevuto.

DDirectorofCinemaRetHonestly, I had high expectations for this location. I did get an email after I booked this hotel that there would be inconveniences from certain construction work. When I arrived the property is beautifully manicured. Staff were friendly and cordial. At my room I walked in and no bed. Wasn't the same picture as what was on the web site. Just a couch but thought there was a next room. Nope. Turned out it was a ”Murphy bed” Never slept in one, wasn't shown how to get it out of the wall. but I figured it out. Danger, It is heavy and for someone a bit more disabled, if it did fall on me, there would be no one around to help. First you have to remove all the couch pillows (all of them). then you have to re-arrange the two coffee tables to the side of the room. You pull down on the small knobs and hold the bed with your shoulders while you lower it. You will have to reach up with your arm to bring the iron rod over the end of the bed. This rod is the brace footing for the front of the bed. You must do this before it is lowered to the floor. After that, you can untangle the mattress. The pillows are in the closet so you have to fetch them. I was worried it would be another futon experience, you know hard uncomfortable. For me, because I am disabled, It would of been nice to have assistance. The phone in the room was difficult to figure out and did not work properly. When I finally got a line to the valet the intercom sounding voice was hard to comprehend. I couldn't call using my phone because there was no cellular service from my room. Overall, the hotel is dated. A once magnificent hotel when built is aged, carpet aged, furniture aged. I hope the upgrade includes a total hotel refresh and just not the pool area. I would recommend they put in the description of the rooms it is a murphy bed. To me personally, this was not acceptable and I worried about my own safety while manually moving a large wooden wall panel down that was heavy. I wouldn't book this room if I had known. I don't know how many rooms at this hotel had murphy beds, but please mention this in your room descriptions. I would rather see a regular bed frame in my own opinion and my own wellbeing because I am disabled. Secondly, when swimming my room key got lost. I noticed it when I was deep into the hotel at my room. There are no service phones anywhere on my floor (3rd) to call for help. Remember, no cellular service. I had to re-walk to the other side of the property to the reception desk to ask for replacement key. They wouldn't give me a replacement unless I had a physical ID.Everything was in my room. I walked back to the other side of the property back to my room.Security met me at my room to open my door so I can go in and get my DL. Is there an alternative way to get replacement keys like face recognition on your phone, implement remote key from your app (hilton does) or a better method? Not recommended for people with disabilities if there is a murphy bed. Beautiful proper
