Totally worst hotel first they gives us rooms every room on differnet floors then after giving the rooms we left for vaishno devi dereham when we return they allotted one room to another customer with asking with duplicate key they give us without our permission they gave the room such a bad experience.

Room quality was not good. They provided non ac room instead of ac room. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Dirty rugs

Worst experience. Very harsh behaviour of manager and staff. They not valued booking costumer as it not provided them much profit. Not provide us water even then. I suggest never go to stay there

In this hotel there is no facility of hand wash instead they are using soaps instead of hand wash
and they are not providing towel in room
we have to call them for towels
and room service is so bad.

The manager send a person on a bike asking me to shift in a different hotel saying we don't have rooms. But when i insisted he gave me room on third floor saying that i only get 700 rupees hence can't give you better room
