Great hospitality by chef Bhawani, Nittin and staff like Umashankar. Great property and vibe. Amazing place for weekend and chilling with family, also they have spa with professional staff. As whole great experience and will come again as well

We had a very pleasant stay at Marriott Katra. The restaurant had really delicious food and the service was excellent. Chef Nitin, manager Manoj, and waiters Uma Shankar and Sunil were very professional and made us fresh food as per our request and taste.

This is most happening place with Family to spend time and also location is very good to stay and for Mata Rani Darshan, Marriott Restaurant service is very good, staff is very friendly and very cooperative specially Mr.Anuj and Mr Manoj from the restaurant's staff, food taste is really very tasty. Must go and experience the place.

It’s a wonderful hotel overlooking the lush green valley. Rooms are nicely built up to Marriott status. Most amazing thing is the staff hospitalily - just loved it. Right from reception to in-room. We also enjoyed wonderful buffet breakfast assisted by Nitin and Uma Shankar. Thanks for the stay!

Our stay at the Marriott Katra was a delight. The hotel is new and very comfortable . We stayed at the Mulberry level and our room was very spacious and luxurious. The linen was crisp and towels fluffy and white..The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They were especially accommodating of pilgrims and their needs, with the kitchen open 24 hours. The Ban Ganga and Helipad are 20minutes away and the hotel provides efficient transfers at 750 rupees. You need to book at least 45 minutes ahead. The food was delicious and chefs Nitin and Vikas deserve a special mention. The rajma chawal was delicious. The Restuarant and reception staff were courteous and helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Katra.

A special mention goes to Mr. Omashankar, the server, and Chef Vishal for their outstanding service and humility. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our meal enjoyable stood out. Mr. Umashankar ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was smooth and pleasant. He patiently asked about our preferences and ensured that we received exactly what we wanted. Chef Vishal impressed us with his culinary skills, especially with the Dhuni Rajma and the regular Rajma, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Their efforts made the breakfast not just a meal but an experience. The personalized service and the warmth with which they interacted added a special touch to our visit. Marriott has truly set a high standard for hospitality, and we look forward to returning soon.
