Reception person was good and helpful. As per price room was good. But in winter room heating facility was missing. Some room heating facilities should be provided.

Nice hotel to stay with family. Good staff cooperative nice rooms good interior location is very close to hotel easy approach road.

In one room, telephone was not working. Pillow and blanket had foul smell. Bedsheets was torn. In toilet, flush system was broken. Pillows were without pillow covers. Jet spray had low pressure.

Good hotel. Location is also fine. Food is also good. Blankets were. Very warm. Washroom were clean but tub can be cleaned and needs viper in the washroom

They don't have any bathroom slippers and electric kettle. They need a little improvement on their food services. Apart from that staff was good although they have only a few staff members, the room was clean and big and they have uninterrupted hot water supply.

The property was close to the station and the way to the bus stop/ chowk, and also the hotel was looking very nice from inside as well as outside.
The room service was excellent it was very fast and the staffs were very friendly and politely.
The food was the best i would rate it 10/10
and also the food came within 20-30 min.
The Geyser was also working well.
In my opinion this the Best hotel for a family, friends, couples.
