Situato al di là della stazione Katowice Zaleze, questo hotel è un bel hotel familiare che offre un'atmosfera eccellente e un servizio personalizzato. L'accessibilità può essere un problema con i viaggiatori di capacità diverse e se si dispone di sacchetti pesanti, poiché le scale dell'hotel sono rigide e non hanno ascensore. Ma può diventare inconfortabile durante l'estate, anche senza aria condizionata. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Quando sono arrivato, con non pochi giri per stradine varie grazie al navigatore, non potevo credere ai miei occhi: hotel ad un passo dal centro città. All'ingresso subito ci si imbatte ad una reception minimale,a in perfetto stile moderno come tutto l'arredamento interno. Le stanze sono di dimensioni generose con un punto lettura oltre ad una grande scrivania. Letto spazioso e materassi di buona fattura. Si riposa bene. Ottima la scelta di lasciare 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratis: una liscia e una gassata a seconda di come sono i propri gusti. La colazione è abbondante con gusti internazionali anche se ogni tanto viene presentata qualche chicca locale. Nota particolare e consiglio utile è quello di usare il parcheggio sotterraneo che toglie parecchi grattacapi.

È un piacere stare all'hotel Campanile a Katowice. Bella ricezione, un momento di conversazione e l'opportunità di preparare la vostra riunione in comode condizioni. Voglio tornare lì. Congratulo vivamente con la signora con cui ho avuto il piacere di parlare.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

Ibis Budget Katowice Centrum or as i would call them ibkc in a great place if u want to stay a week or 9 nine days at max. It’s close to the Novotel restaurant and Mariacka. Mariacka is a street full of restaurants, pubs and a discotheque. I stayed here for 14 days and could easy go to the pkp or railwaystation, galeria katowice, chorzów for the second biggest inside of a city green lung of Europ Park Sląśki. Either can you easy get to spodek (english for Saucer but rather looks like an ufo or somekind. So if u are coming here for a week to max 9 days you’ll have the time of your life i guarentee u that

Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Napuchnięta ościeżnicą w łazience.Papier toaletowy najgorszego sortu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem po poprzednich lokatorach Ramy okienne oraz szyby brudne. Krzesło bez śrub tzn. siedzisko z nóżkami nie tworzyło całości O dzwiekoszczelnosc możecie zapomnieć jest ona tylko z nazwy. Słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce oraz u sąsiadów obok.Wiec jeśli szukacie czegoś więcej to odradzam . Właściciel tego przybytku po negatywnej opinii na booking zaczął do nas wypisywać smsy dziwnej treści .Według naszej oceny chyba próbował nas zastraszyć

REZYDENCJA LUXURY HOTEL PIEKARY SLASKIE, POLAZIONE. Seduto nel settembre 2020. Ecco un hotel colpito da cuore! E 'un vero piacere essere qui. Charming accoglienza, con una giovane persona molto professionale. Bello edificio. Bella decorazione interna. Grandi giardini bellissimo ben arborizzati e decorati. Sauna, jacuzzi. Camera non molto grande, ma ben organizzato e ben decorato, così come il bagno con un eccellente illuminazione. Bella e grande sala da ristorante per cena con la sua grande terrazza esterna che dà sui giardini. Piazze di buona qualità e belle presentazioni. Colazione servita nella piccola sala intima, vista sul lato parcheggio. Belle piccole buffet di qualità e bella presentazione dei prodotti. Servito da un personale piacevole, servibile e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito. Ecco un ottimo soggiorno in ogni punto di vista! Solo la colpa, l'accoglienza ha la ricezione al momento della partenza, una signora poco piacevole.

Fantastic hotel located in the very centre of the city. The rooms are large by European standards. The furnishings give the impression of being new and modern. This is because the hotel is only five years old. In a bathroom a full set of cosmetics. But not in small tubes of 20 ml, when the gel runs out. Everywhere is clean and it seems that the highest standards of hygiene are respected. A few steps to the main square, opposite the historic castle, many shops and fast food around. A 24-hour grocery shop with a huge selection at petrol station BP, only 4-5 minutes walk. The hotel is located by a river, where there are walking and relaxation areas. It is known that the atmosphere and quality is created by people. I was extremely warmly welcomed by a lady from reception. She was very friendly, offered all kinds of help and everything seemed very professional, even though I checked in after midnight. I had previously exchanged a few emails with Martyna, the front office manager, who resolved all my concerns regarding the very late check-in and selected a room that I was happy with. In addition, I was given advice on what to visit during my stay. I appreciated the sweet gift and the welcome letter. The rooms do not cost much per night, for such little money a really high quality is offered. I have been to Hiltons on 4 continents, but this Hampton is much better than many Hiltons, which is the flagship of the company.

I booked this hotel mainly for convenience to get to Auschwitz for a 9.30am tour, but I also wanted to treat myself to the superior double room & the spa the evening before. Firstly, there were 2 single beds rather than a double (see photo) and they said sometimes in Poland a ”double” refers to 2 singles. It's misleading and I find it odd they're not more clear, especially as they must've had similar complaints about this before, so beware! Secondly, I went down to the spa to spend time in the sauna and jacuzzi but the area was drafty because the door to a strange patio area was open. I think this is where the outdoor pool normally is but there was nothing there but a couple of chairs and an umbrella, so this was another let down. Thirdly, and the worst thing of all, was the breakfast. Awful all round, I've only ever had as bad a breakfast once before and that was in a Travelodge. The coffee was bland, the choice of food was limited, a lot of the spread was cheaply presented and nothing like the photos, so beware. Worst of all was the fruit which was rancid, literally. See my photo, it's quite unbelievable. Also, rather disappointingly, I was looking forward to having a pint in the cellar bar but I discovered it was only open certain evenings, I was gutted, nothing seemed to be going right here. The only reason I gave this 2 star rather than 1 was because of the dinner. I had purchased it as part of a package with the room and had it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. After reading the menu for a while the waitress told me I needed another menu for the package deal so of course I was suspicious. I've taken a photo of this menu as you should be aware the choice is limited. I ordered the zur, dumplings & tiramisu. For all I know it was all defrosted but to be fair it tasted really good, so this was a saving grace. Anyway, please beware of my points, its not a great hotel but it is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to Auschwitz (1) so it is convenient, though there will be closer smaller hotels or B&B's that are a closer walking distance I'm sure. I have been totally transparent with this review and often I wish hotels could do the same, please don't be surprised if your stay is not as good as you expected.
