Questo Hotel si trova in pieno centro storico di Katowice. Struttura accogliente e funzionale con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera piccola ma pulita , un po spartana nell'arredamento . TV senza alcun canale Italiano, non c'è bollitore ne frigobar. Il letto comodo ma i cuscini a mio avviso non sono consoni poiché è come non averli .. Bagno con doccia funzionale a disposizione dispenser sapone sia in doccia che sul lavandino ,a disposizione l'asciugacapelli . La camera non viene riordinata giornalmente ,se fosse necessario il riassetto va richiesto alla reception . La colazione viene servita in una sala accanto alla reception, un buffet con qualche pietanza dolce o salata ,mancanza nella scelta e di qualità . Vero che il costo della colazione è irrisorio ( 6 euro ) ma sarebbe meglio pagare un po di più e avere maggior scelta al buffet e prodotti di qualità . Manca l'acqua a disposizione ,esiste solo un succo di arancio al distributore automatico . A disposizione in reception si possono acquistare delle bevande inclusa l'acqua . Personale alla reception gentile e professionale. La persona adetta alle colazioni poco attenta e scocciata (non risponde nemmeno al buongiorno nonostante lo abbia detto tutte le mattine in cui ho fatto colazione). In conclusione è una buona soluzione per chi cerca una struttura nel pieno centro di Katowice con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante ciò se dovessi ritornare probabilmente a parità di prezzo proverei un'altra struttura. Camera 103 dal 28 novembre al 1 dicembre 2021

Siamo rimasti qui per un lungo fine settimana a febbraio. Avendo lo status di platino, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite sul 25° piano, che era bello e spazioso. Check-in era veloce e benvenuto, e siamo stati nella nostra stanza entro dieci minuti dall'arrivo. La stanza era bella, e noi saremo dotati. Solo commento che avrei fatto era strano che il servizio in camera non includeva il fatto di fare il letto per qualche motivo! Tutto in tutto era un buon soggiorno, in una buona posizione per i bar e ristoranti centrali. Restereremmo ancora se ritornassimo a Katowice.

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s so beautifully decorated and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom well quipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. Several types of lighting mean you can set it depending on your mood. The location is also great, right in the middle of a newly regenerated area with loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was facing inside a courtyard so though we had no view, we did not mind as it meant we did not hear any noise from the outside. All the staff we have spoken to were helpful and friendly. We did not have the breakfast but it did look like there was a good selection and the restaurant looked just as fancy as the rest of the hotel.

Belle camere dotate di tutto l'occorrente di cui una persona che viaggia per lavora ha bisogno. Molto pulito. Il personale è gentile, professionale. Al ristorante si mangia bene ed il personale è estremamente preparato e cordiale. Ampia scelta di prodotti per colazione e di ottima qualità. Avendo il volo molto presto, lo staff dell'hotel mi ha organizzato taxi e colazione take-away. C'era dentro qualsiasi tipo di leccornia ! Complimenti !

Beautiful location of the hotel, very convenient access from the motorway. Close to the centre of Katowice and legendary Spodek. Very comfortable beds, nice room with interesting view. In the morning, delicious, varied food awaits guests at breakfast. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I am delighted with my stay at the hotel.

Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Great beer. Great room. Great city to explore and use as a base for a visit to Auschwitz. A few minor issues in room 603: the curtains didn't reach the whole way across one window, the toilet flush wasn't great and the middle panel of the shower screen was missing?! Also note: bring ear plugs if you are facing 'the party street' as it is a bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. (Hotel also provided some)

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

L'hotel ha un buon servizio di accoglienza, ma l'inglese non è sufficiente per aiutarci a conoscere la città e, per esempio, a trovare un ristorante vicino. Le camere sono molto buone ma in termini di silenzio lasciano molto da desiderare per un hotel di 4 stelle, ho passato una notte senza dormire perché sul pavimento dove sono stato erano legate molte persone che hanno passato la notte facendo rumore sia nel corridoio che nel corridoio. In entrambi i camere. Ci siamo reclamati per la ricezione ma non è stato abbastanza. Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono, ma hanno servito un piatto freddo a mio marito e poi hanno preso un sacco di tempo per portare un altro piatto.

I booked this hotel mainly for convenience to get to Auschwitz for a 9.30am tour, but I also wanted to treat myself to the superior double room & the spa the evening before. Firstly, there were 2 single beds rather than a double (see photo) and they said sometimes in Poland a ”double” refers to 2 singles. It's misleading and I find it odd they're not more clear, especially as they must've had similar complaints about this before, so beware! Secondly, I went down to the spa to spend time in the sauna and jacuzzi but the area was drafty because the door to a strange patio area was open. I think this is where the outdoor pool normally is but there was nothing there but a couple of chairs and an umbrella, so this was another let down. Thirdly, and the worst thing of all, was the breakfast. Awful all round, I've only ever had as bad a breakfast once before and that was in a Travelodge. The coffee was bland, the choice of food was limited, a lot of the spread was cheaply presented and nothing like the photos, so beware. Worst of all was the fruit which was rancid, literally. See my photo, it's quite unbelievable. Also, rather disappointingly, I was looking forward to having a pint in the cellar bar but I discovered it was only open certain evenings, I was gutted, nothing seemed to be going right here. The only reason I gave this 2 star rather than 1 was because of the dinner. I had purchased it as part of a package with the room and had it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. After reading the menu for a while the waitress told me I needed another menu for the package deal so of course I was suspicious. I've taken a photo of this menu as you should be aware the choice is limited. I ordered the zur, dumplings & tiramisu. For all I know it was all defrosted but to be fair it tasted really good, so this was a saving grace. Anyway, please beware of my points, its not a great hotel but it is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to Auschwitz (1) so it is convenient, though there will be closer smaller hotels or B&B's that are a closer walking distance I'm sure. I have been totally transparent with this review and often I wish hotels could do the same, please don't be surprised if your stay is not as good as you expected.

Situato al di là della stazione Katowice Zaleze, questo hotel è un bel hotel familiare che offre un'atmosfera eccellente e un servizio personalizzato. L'accessibilità può essere un problema con i viaggiatori di capacità diverse e se si dispone di sacchetti pesanti, poiché le scale dell'hotel sono rigide e non hanno ascensore. Ma può diventare inconfortabile durante l'estate, anche senza aria condizionata. Tuttavia, il servizio complessivo personalizzato, terribili cibi e bevande e l'atmosfera generale sono grandi attrazioni per questo hotel di bilancio al di fuori di Katowice.
