Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch hervorragend.
Leider ist das Schwimmbad und Sauna, die nicht zum Hotel gehören nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Öffnungszeiten sind erst ab späten Nachmittag ab 16:00 bzw. 17:00 Uhr und der Whirlpool war außer Betrieb. Auch war nur eine Sauna im Betrieb und die Ruhezone hatte nur einen Liegestuhl, bzw. der zweite war defekt.
Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Fussläufig kommt man in 5 Minuten zu einem Großen Einkaufszentrum, ein Supermarkt liegt 100m entfernt. Zur Innenstadt kommt man in 15 Minuten in einem gemütlichen Spaziergang.

Czytając opinię o hotelu można się zastanawiać czy jest on dobrym wyborem.Nie mniej na miejscu ,roszczarowalem się in plus.Pokoj średniej wielkości,czysty z wygodnym łóżkiem. Do dyspozycji mamy czajnik, kawa i herbata,woda mineralna, klimatyzacja.W hotelu jest wellnes dodatkowo płatny ,niestety działała tylko jedną sauna i basen .Jacuzzi i 3 pozostale sauny wylaczone z uzytkowania.Sniadanie urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Hotel położony w pobliżu autostrady A4 i centrum handlowego,Trzy Stawy, oddalony od centrum Katowic

Dilapidated, depressing old building, judging by the plumbing and having to listen to people above urinate and then predictably flush the toilet, this probably used to be a students dorm. Disproportionately high price for what you get. I was fooled by the pictures of the pool and spa and the area.

The room equipment was simple and old. The price of the accommodation was disproportionately high for the quality. breakfast was included in the price and was sufficient. the hotel is far from the center, we used a taxi to get there. in the past I stayed in the center in a better hotel for less money...

Hotel is far from Katowice centrum ,closest bus station is 10-15 min walk ,there is nothing special around the place only gas station , rooms were not clean and we suffered from itching all time of the stay . swimming pool is not free and you pay have to get voucher for swimming . In summery :price is not worth it and it's way better to add a little more money and take a good hotel in the city center . this was a horrible experience and we don't recommend any of you to visit .

The hotel was warm, comfortable and had everything we need. The highlight was the food, we had dinner the night we arrived and it was really good, and if you book, pay for breakfast, it was really excellent. In the room a few bits of maintenance but nothing that would put us off

Nie mam zastrzezen do wyjazdu. Począwszy od jedzenia a konczac na personelu. Byłem na 2 dni w walentynki. Obsluga bardzo miła, pomocna i kulturalna i nienachalna. Basen hotelowy ze strefa saun super. Można zamówić jedzenie do pokoju. Cisza. Hotel na uboczu. Z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Całkiem przyjemny widok z okna wieczorami gdy miasto oświetlone.
