Abbiamo un caldo, caffè e tè, acqua minerale, aria condizionata.All'hotel ci sono anche le ricchezze pagate, purtroppo solo una sauna e piscina lavorate.Jacuzzi e 3 altre saune disabili. Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

Korzystam z hotelu kilka razy do roku. Przyjemne pokoje, prysznic, telewizor. Dobra opcja na przystanek w podróży czy nocleg przed wyjazdem na lotnisko. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Situato al di là della stazione Katowice Zaleze, questo hotel è un bel hotel familiare che offre un'atmosfera eccellente e un servizio personalizzato. L'accessibilità può essere un problema con i viaggiatori di capacità diverse e se si dispone di sacchetti pesanti, poiché le scale dell'hotel sono rigide e non hanno ascensore. Ma può diventare inconfortabile durante l'estate, anche senza aria condizionata. Tuttavia, il servizio complessivo personalizzato, terribili cibi e bevande e l'atmosfera generale sono grandi attrazioni per questo hotel di bilancio al di fuori di Katowice.

Dostaliśmy inny pokoj w którym były podobne problemy Jeśli coś nazywa się apartamentem to niedorzeczne jest to żeby w pokoju bo tak tylko można nazwać ten pozal się Boże apartament były brudne ściany,oraz dziury które radośnie spoglądają na Ciebie podczas wejścia do pokoju .Brakujące zaślepki przy listwach przypodlogowych Kubki brudne każdy z innej parafii. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Napuchnięta ościeżnicą w łazience.Papier toaletowy najgorszego sortu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem po poprzednich lokatorach Ramy okienne oraz szyby brudne. Krzesło bez śrub tzn. siedzisko z nóżkami nie tworzyło całości O dzwiekoszczelnosc możecie zapomnieć jest ona tylko z nazwy. Słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce oraz u sąsiadów obok.Wiec jeśli szukacie czegoś więcej to odradzam . Właściciel tego przybytku po negatywnej opinii na booking zaczął do nas wypisywać smsy dziwnej treści .Według naszej oceny chyba próbował nas zastraszyć

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

REZYDENCJA LUXURY HOTEL PIEKARY SLASKIE, POLAZIONE. Seduto nel settembre 2020. Ecco un hotel colpito da cuore! E 'un vero piacere essere qui. Charming accoglienza, con una giovane persona molto professionale. Bello edificio. Bella decorazione interna. Grandi giardini bellissimo ben arborizzati e decorati. Sauna, jacuzzi. Camera non molto grande, ma ben organizzato e ben decorato, così come il bagno con un eccellente illuminazione. Bella e grande sala da ristorante per cena con la sua grande terrazza esterna che dà sui giardini. Piazze di buona qualità e belle presentazioni. Colazione servita nella piccola sala intima, vista sul lato parcheggio. Belle piccole buffet di qualità e bella presentazione dei prodotti. Servito da un personale piacevole, servibile e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito. Ecco un ottimo soggiorno in ogni punto di vista! Solo la colpa, l'accoglienza ha la ricezione al momento della partenza, una signora poco piacevole.

Adoro questo hotel. Il personale è così sorprendente e molto utile. I tassi di cambio di valuta estera in valuta locale sono buoni anche. Mi dispiace usare l'aeroporto per acquistare contanti, Zloty. L'hotel è così pulito. Hanno uno degli unici tè nero che mi piace fuori Londra, ma tu hai un sacchetto di tè, ma sono sicuro che se chiedi al personale di più non sono il tipo di dire no. E'a piedi vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Fantastic hotel located in the very centre of the city. The rooms are large by European standards. The furnishings give the impression of being new and modern. This is because the hotel is only five years old. In a bathroom a full set of cosmetics. But not in small tubes of 20 ml, when the gel runs out. Everywhere is clean and it seems that the highest standards of hygiene are respected. A few steps to the main square, opposite the historic castle, many shops and fast food around. A 24-hour grocery shop with a huge selection at petrol station BP, only 4-5 minutes walk. The hotel is located by a river, where there are walking and relaxation areas. It is known that the atmosphere and quality is created by people. I was extremely warmly welcomed by a lady from reception. She was very friendly, offered all kinds of help and everything seemed very professional, even though I checked in after midnight. I had previously exchanged a few emails with Martyna, the front office manager, who resolved all my concerns regarding the very late check-in and selected a room that I was happy with. In addition, I was given advice on what to visit during my stay. I appreciated the sweet gift and the welcome letter. The rooms do not cost much per night, for such little money a really high quality is offered. I have been to Hiltons on 4 continents, but this Hampton is much better than many Hiltons, which is the flagship of the company.

I booked this hotel mainly for convenience to get to Auschwitz for a 9.30am tour, but I also wanted to treat myself to the superior double room & the spa the evening before. Firstly, there were 2 single beds rather than a double (see photo) and they said sometimes in Poland a ”double” refers to 2 singles. It's misleading and I find it odd they're not more clear, especially as they must've had similar complaints about this before, so beware! Secondly, I went down to the spa to spend time in the sauna and jacuzzi but the area was drafty because the door to a strange patio area was open. I think this is where the outdoor pool normally is but there was nothing there but a couple of chairs and an umbrella, so this was another let down. Thirdly, and the worst thing of all, was the breakfast. Awful all round, I've only ever had as bad a breakfast once before and that was in a Travelodge. The coffee was bland, the choice of food was limited, a lot of the spread was cheaply presented and nothing like the photos, so beware. Worst of all was the fruit which was rancid, literally. See my photo, it's quite unbelievable. Also, rather disappointingly, I was looking forward to having a pint in the cellar bar but I discovered it was only open certain evenings, I was gutted, nothing seemed to be going right here. The only reason I gave this 2 star rather than 1 was because of the dinner. I had purchased it as part of a package with the room and had it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. After reading the menu for a while the waitress told me I needed another menu for the package deal so of course I was suspicious. I've taken a photo of this menu as you should be aware the choice is limited. I ordered the zur, dumplings & tiramisu. For all I know it was all defrosted but to be fair it tasted really good, so this was a saving grace. Anyway, please beware of my points, its not a great hotel but it is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to Auschwitz (1) so it is convenient, though there will be closer smaller hotels or B&B's that are a closer walking distance I'm sure. I have been totally transparent with this review and often I wish hotels could do the same, please don't be surprised if your stay is not as good as you expected.
