The staff here are fantastic, didn’t feel like enough staff for number of guests. The food was good, but availability was a bit hit and miss as was the food temperature. Let down by some details that might seem small, but really impact the experience. I don’t want to have to queue for 10-15 mins to get a coffee at breakfast. 2 x fresh coffee machine for a dining room that must have around 400 covers.. No fresh fruit juice was available at breakfast or any other time, just cordial or concentrate. The majority of the resort is serviced by a single bar during the day, this potentially has 6 serving areas, but for 95% of the time, just one serving point, always a queue of 10 or so. Beer mostly was flat and really weak, only served in small glasses, doesn’t sound like an issue, but if you’re in the waterpark, you have to leave there and walk to the main bar, then queue for 10 mins or so, wander back with your beer. I spent more time walking and queueing than I did sitting and drinking. They will not fill an insulated drinks container for you to save the backwards and forwards. I spent quite a lot of money upgrading to a swim up room, the room (6015) was next to where the local pools changed level, so was like a waterfall right outside the patio doors 24/7. Was so loud we couldn’t hear the air on or get much sleep. There’s a ‘mini bar’ in your room that’s filled every 2 days. It’s not a bar, , there’s no beer or wine etc. just a couple of small bottles of water and some mini bottles of fizzy pop. I have just picked out some negatives, it is a long way from 5 star, but if you don’t mind a queue and just want a cheap holiday, you will enjoy it
