Hotel davvero molto bello ed unico nella sua architettura e storia. Sorge vicino al tempio di Pashupatinah, non lontano neppure dall' aeroporto di Kathmandu. Oasi di pace nel caos della città,con una piazza al suo interno su cui si affacciano tutti gli ambienti della struttura tra cui 3 ristoranti,dove il più famoso offre il menù nepalese da 6 o 9 portate abbastanza famoso tra i tour del Nepal. Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte non potendo sfruttare a pieno le potenzialità della struttura,dalla piscina alla spa. Camera Junior suite immensa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bagno enorme . Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione discreta, ovviamente precedenza al salato ( con il formaggio di yak difficile altrimenti da trovare in altri hotel in città). Unico neo, la sera per due sandwich c è voluta oltre un ora di attesa, fatto presente in reception si sono scusati ed erano dispiaciuti in modo evidente. Provato anche il ristorante Giapponese che ritengo valido e con prezzi onesti . Se cercate una struttura elegante ma con una forte personalità,l avete trovata.

La matita e le mutandine avevano un odore molto pesante come se non fossero state sostituite per qualche anno. Il cibo nel caffè Zing al lobby era così. La tavola plastica copre in genere piena di rifiuti alimentari senza frequenti cambiamenti. Durante il soggiorno 7-day, il servizio al desk front, ristorante e per la nostra stanza è stato tuttavia complessivamente fino al standard di un hotel 5-star.

Stai qui per 9 notti, amava il servizio e le camere sonore. Il pranzo e la colazione erano sorprendenti e la posizione dell'hotel è parte del centro Chaya che ha un sorprendente luogo di caffè chiamato Arabica caffè!! Una volta che abbiamo raccolto i nostri berretti intorno a Tamel, gli shopping e i ristoranti esterni sono molto facili da camminare e godere. Quando usiamo i taxi abbiamo risparmiato così tanto scaricare Pathao così non abbiamo dovuto negoziare il prezzo e diventare sovraccaricati. Molto consiglia Aloft a Kathmandu e sono grandi ambasciatori del nome e del marchio Marriott!

Mi piaceva davvero questo complesso hotel. C'è una zona mini-magazzino / ristorante accanto a essa. Anche se non restare lì, andare a mangiare e bere. C'è una bella biblioteca in alto, ed è una veramente bella proprietà in mezzo al caos della strada. Non ci sono distrazioni di rumore. Il personale era così invitante e potevo incontrare la mia guida turistica, perché frequentava i posti di cena vicino alla porta. È solo un senso naturale di Nepal in queste villa, per soli, amici, o coppie. Molti viaggiatori escono in città. Ho fatto un tour urbano con Bibi Funyal ************, che lavora anche con i cittadini del Nepal Future. Anche se si muove principalmente in montagna, conosceva tutti i luoghi in questa zona hotel per esplorare meglio. Spero che collaborassero con un pacchetto per viaggi futuri. Il personale mi ha aiutato a capire il sistema di cassa, i consigli, i conducenti, ecc. Pioveva mentre lì, e questa villa è una vacanza in sé.

Hotel is in good location, staff was friendly who checked in us. I loved the room as they were quit big and comfortable, had an air conditioning in the room too. Shower facilities was good but could be better, plus point hot shower was available and bonus bath tub was available as well. Kettle was provided to us with drinking water, could be better if tea and coffee was available but staff was superb as they provided us with tea and coffee on request. Overall, it was excellent for me, in comparison to price, room sizes, location and friendliness of the staff. I even recommended my friend to stay as I was there.

THIS is a quality hotel from its spectacular rooftop bar and swimming pool right down to its graceful foyer and reception area. Facilities are only part of the story and the Mulberry's friendly and helpful staff are what turns a good hotel into a great hotel. They were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the moment I arrived tired after more than twenty hours of travel to the moment I left to explore other parts of Nepal. At the core of relaxation was my lovely comfortable room with a huge double bed, good storage, a room safe and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hot water at a good pressure was always available. The breakfast area offered a chance to eat either outside at tables near a little garden or inside at tables where attentive staff swiftly brought me a pot of chi. If you wanted omelettes or eggs then they were prepared freshly to order at a small outside cooking point. Inside guests could choose from a whole range of foods from fruit and meats to cereals, toast, jams, marmalades, yoghurts, fruit juices, Nepalese and international breakfast dishes. The choice was extensive. There is also a full quality restaurant for those who would like to savour an evening meal at the hotel. There were so many nice touches to underline a top class stay. For instance, I had bought a number of presents and souvenirs that I didn't really want to carry round with me for nearly a week to three other destinations. Not a problem, said the Mulberry, who agreed to store them all until my return to the hotel for my last night in Nepal. This they did and everything was safe and ready for me to pack away when I returned. The Mulberry is also sited in a great position to explore the city's Thamel area which can be viewed in all its glittering night-time glory from the rooftop bar area. I was able to enjoy the view and a leisurely local beer yet within ten minutes I could walk into the centre to get a good meal at a variety of tasty restaurants before leaving to enjoy the late night delights of the Purple Haze rock bar knowing my room was close by when I wanted to sleep. It was the sort of perfect hotel and stay that travellers dream about and if I come back to Nepal there is only one place I will stay and it will be the Mulberry. Wonderful hotel.

Pros Great location for exploring Themal and provided you are not too high up, you shouldn't hear any road noise as it's set back. I was on the 4th floor and could hear the incessant beeping motorbikes but had moved from the first floor where i heard none (but was directly above the kitchen so could hear banging and chairs scraping from around 6am). 2nd floor is probably a good choice Staff were all excellent Room cleaned daily with 2 large bottles of water provided each day Breakfast was ok - decent variety of fruit, local and western with custom eggs. Coffee was instant though. Air con has heat facility No deposit required on check-in Toiletries provided Cons Some noise depending on your room location - dont stay in 107 or room directly above the kitchen/restaurant No safe for passport, cash etc in room Breakfast area isn't particularly clean i.e. dirty table cloths/mats Poor standard of fixtures/fittings e.g. gaps in windows and doors, curtains dont quite close right, dirty shower curtain, the rooms have seen better days but for the price its still good value. No coffee or milk in room (or 3-in one) No phone charging point near the bed Bathroom mat was old and dirty, no floor towel Tips: take extra passport photo if you intend to get a sim card at the airport, unlimited data one with nepal telecom cost me $10 - signal was mostly ok. Get your currency before you arrive or take enough to convert there, the atm machines are expensive Taxi from airport to Themal should be around 350 rupees working on 50 rupees per km plys 30 rupees start charge. You will be hounded relentlessly by people from the second you leave the plane for tour services etc. It may seem impolite but dont make eye contact, say no thank you and keep walking, otherwise you will spend your entire trip speaking to them. Right now its cold at night, pack accordingly. Be prepared to pay for everything, every temple, every place of historical interest - foreigners are charged around 1000-2000 rupees each time. E.g. all the Durbar squares, main stupas and temples. Don't assume that because Nepal is a developing country it is cheap. It isn't. In fact i found it comparable to some developed countries and not cheaper than say Thailand. A meal would cost me around 1000 rupees. In a smaller more local place you may pay 500. Don't take your new trainers, it's a very dirty, dusty city but exactly what you would expect if you've ever seen it on TV - it's all part of the experience. For exploring all of the main parts of Kathmandu, id say 5 days is a good amount of time. I recommend the everest helicopter tour but on that note i will say that tours are very expensive here, more expensive than even Hong Kong, Thailand, etc!! I ended up walking to the main temples, Chandragiri, Bakhtapur for the more local experience.

Solo a valle è la stanza oscura e la doccia e lo shampoo sono solo sapone semplice, quindi non aspettare che i tipi di spa odori haha. 10 minuti a piedi al centro di Tamel con una giunzione che è difficile da attraversare così seguire i locali per attraversare sarà il più sicuro.

Un piacevole piccolo hotel vicino a ristoranti, caffè e negozi turistici. Il check-in è stato rapido, è stata fornita una tazza di tè e le nostre valigie sono state trasportate su 5 rampe di scale dal portiere, perché non c'era ascensore! La camera era bella, confortevole e calda, era febbraio. C'era anche una buona vista dalla camera. Nel complesso un bel posto dove stare. Non abbiamo mangiato in hotel ma le colazioni complementari sarebbero state una bella aggiunta. Il personale è stato cordiale e ha fornito alcune informazioni utili sui luoghi da visitare. L'hotel ha anche fornito il loro veicolo per portarci all'aeroporto, a un costo.

Vivo la mia vita in Canada, USA e Australia. Viaggiare è la mia passione. Ho visitato il Nepal diverse volte e ho visitato oltre a Katmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dulu, eccetera e ovviamente ho soggiornato in molti hotel. In Thamel Kathmandu sono rimasto in pochi hotel, ma l'Hotel Osho è dove mi sentivo a casa. Questo è il mio ritorno a questo hotel per buone ragioni che è difficile trovare a Thamel. La posizione è la più migliore e più vicina a tutto in una tranquilla strada. L'hotel è molto pulito con personale amichevole utile. La manutenzione della casa è eccellente. Perfetta terrazza per rilassarsi rispetto ad altri hotel. ricezione calda con strutture di prima classe. Si prega di contattare Bishnu e lui sembra il suo nome, il signor Vishnu, risolve tutti i suoi problemi. Era così aperto con il prezzo e manteneva le sue parole senza stringhe, eccetera, per esempio, tassa.Ha comprato anche una scala digitale per pesare il mio bagaglio.La struttura non ha un servizio di ascensore, ma il personale si occupa del bagaglio. Consiglio vivamente di non sprecare il vostro tempo cercando solo il libro Osho e cercare di credermi non si pentirà. Certo ritornerò come è la mia seconda casa quando sono a Kathmandu, perché questo soggiorno di 5 settimane ancora mi sento in corto.

The ambassador garden hotel is a very nice local hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. The location is spectacular! It is located in the middle of Thamel. You can walk to many shops, restaurants, clubs. And bars in the area. It is extremely nice for the price! Bicky and all of the staff were extremely nice and courteous to me. I am a 23 year old solo traveler from the United States. I spent 5 nights with them total. The room was excellent. There was hot water with a nice shower. Bicky was extremely professional and extremely nice throughout my entire stay. He gave me many tips an guidance for roaming Thamel. We had tea many times throughout the day and I am very lucky to have stayed at this location with such professional staff. I plan on coming back again and I would highly reccommend this location over any commercial location such as Marriott or Hilton. (Bicky is a receptionist that shows the utmost professionalism at the hotel).

Abbiamo immagazzinato le valigie all'hotel quando siamo andati al treno EBC. A causa del tempo e del Festival Dashain, abbiamo riordino il nostro viaggio un giorno dopo quello previsto. Un membro del nostro gruppo è sceso con la febbre Dengue sul treno, quindi dovremmo tornare a Katmandu due giorni prima. Tulsi, il manager dell'hotel, è stato incredibilmente utile e ha trovato camere per accogliere i cambiamenti. Tulsi e il personale dell'hotel erano molto impegnativi, cercavano modi per essere di servizio, e ci salutavano sempre caldamente. La posizione dell'hotel è a pochi passi dai negozi di Thamel, oltre a avere molti buoni ristoranti e siti culturali nelle vicinanze. Con i cambiamenti che avevamo apportato al nostro programma di viaggio, apprezziamo davvero Tulsi e il suo personale a prenderci cura di noi. Rimarremo qui quando faremo il viaggio di ritorno per affrontare il campeggio di base Everest.

Sono stato qui 2 volte e questa proprietà sarà sempre la mia prima opzione quando si tratta di prenotare hotel a Thamel. Ho avuto la peggiore esperienza con altri hotel, ma non Norbulinka. La camera è amichevole e utile, il colazione è delizioso e per la mia seconda visita ho voluto una decorazione e Norbulinka mi ha fornito la miglior decorazione che abbia mai visto. Tutto è buono, tra cui la posizione, le camere confortevoli, letti accoglienti, e deliziosi pasti.È molto tranquillo e tranquillo a notte, davvero come la posizione.

Abbiamo immagazzinato le valigie all'hotel quando siamo andati al treno EBC. A causa del tempo e del Festival Dashain, abbiamo riordino il nostro viaggio un giorno dopo quello previsto. Un membro del nostro gruppo è sceso con la febbre Dengue sul treno, quindi dovremmo tornare a Katmandu due giorni prima. Tulsi, il manager dell'hotel, è stato incredibilmente utile e ha trovato camere per accogliere i cambiamenti. Tulsi e il personale dell'hotel erano molto impegnativi, cercavano modi per essere di servizio, e ci salutavano sempre caldamente. Durante la mia visita a Kathmandu ho soggiornato in questo hotel, il posto è molto ben situato nel centro della città, ma lontano dal rumore, è facile camminare verso i luoghi che vuoi visitare. La camera e il bagno condiviso sono confortevoli e puliti, ogni giorno si può vedere il personale di pulizia che fa il loro lavoro. Ogni mattina ho praticato yoga sul tetto. Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli, ringrazio in particolare il direttore Ashish, che mi ha aiutato a pianificare alcune rotte e a fornire informazioni, anche a Binod Bhandari, che è alla ricezione, sempre attento, rispettoso e disposto a rispondere alle domande. Raccomando questo hotel, è stata la mia prima visita a Katmandu e sono sicuro di tornare in futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte per molti anni e si è sempre sentito così amichevole e accogliente. Raj e la sua famiglia sono sempre felici di aiutare con ciò che ti serve. L'hotel è in una posizione molto grande, a pochi isolati dall'intera giornata di Tamel. Le camere sono sempre senza spot e le docce calde, Relaxing in questo hotel dopo la nostra famiglia Trek è stato grande, grazie ancora, Guarda, Daryn, Beck, Holly e Poppy

Hotel davvero molto bello ed unico nella sua architettura e storia. Sorge vicino al tempio di Pashupatinah, non lontano neppure dall' aeroporto di Kathmandu. Oasi di pace nel caos della città,con una piazza al suo interno su cui si affacciano tutti gli ambienti della struttura tra cui 3 ristoranti,dove il più famoso offre il menù nepalese da 6 o 9 portate abbastanza famoso tra i tour del Nepal. Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte non potendo sfruttare a pieno le potenzialità della struttura,dalla piscina alla spa. Camera Junior suite immensa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bagno enorme . Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione discreta, ovviamente precedenza al salato ( con il formaggio di yak difficile altrimenti da trovare in altri hotel in città). Unico neo, la sera per due sandwich c è voluta oltre un ora di attesa, fatto presente in reception si sono scusati ed erano dispiaciuti in modo evidente. Provato anche il ristorante Giapponese che ritengo valido e con prezzi onesti . Se cercate una struttura elegante ma con una forte personalità,l avete trovata.

L'amministratore e il tavolo sono molto amichevoli e amichevoli. Mi hanno dato molta aiuto quando ho bisogno. La stanza è anche molto pulita e comoda. Ci sono acqua calda e fredda. Sono rimasto all'hotel per 2 notti. La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente, poiché è stato possibile camminare intorno alla zona di Tamel. Il piano terra aveva comodi negozi per comprare cibo e bevande. Il personale dell'hotel era molto buono in servizio. Puoi lasciare il bagaglio e andare a Trekking e tornare a raccoglierlo più tardi. Le camere erano molto spaziose e pulite. Ho soggiornato al quarto piano dell'edificio, vicino a un ristorante e a un pub. Il pavimento era una strada che stava perdendo, quindi se qualcuno ha problemi a dormire, potrebbe esserci problemi di rumore.

Sono rimasto per 4 notti in questa proprietà esclusiva situata in una posizione privilegiata a Tamel. Raccomando la stanza n. 503. Le tariffe sono abbastanza ragionevoli. Hanno colazione complimentare. Il cibo era delizioso. Il Wifi è stato eccellente e soprattutto il proprietario e il suo personale sono solo grandi. Plz chiede anche al signor Pandey che effettua eccellenti viaggi ( Budget Holidays pvt Ltd.) In generale I rate 10 di 10. Plz visita questa proprietà.
