Grecotel LUXME Oasis at Riviera Olympia & Aqua Park

Excellent hospitality!!! Excellent spaces!! Excellent decoration !!! Excellent food!!! Excellent areas for children. In the morning beaches, pools and water slides and in the afternoon trampoline and many games. Of course, the spa with well-trained professionals is also excellent. Finally, the gift shops, especially the one in the spa, have very nice clothes and accesorries. The best hotel chain in Greece! Keep walking!!!

To be honest. Through Tui. We wanted to go, and paid for a luxury 5 star hotel in Greece, it is a great location, lovely beaches, but definitely not a 5star, saying that out side said 4 star, they say 4.5 to 5 star. Paid for a 5 star though. Ow well. 12 day, we spent there, every breakfast time, I was never asked if we needed any thing, did it our self's. On the 9th night, they accidentally told us with the evening meal, we could go and choose a wine ov our choice. Great 9 days getting what we was given, not the best. The views amazing. But by meal times it like a main train station. No organisation, tabels full and not cleaned properly. And they have everybody waiting by the entrance to be given a tabel. Omg. What a shame. Bad management id say. Indoor swimming pool, have to go to the nextdoor hotel, to experience that, but have to pay, 30€ a time. Gym couldend find it, everyone said down there... but there is a small out side gym, in a bush thats ok I guess. The aqua park was ok, other than this slide closed, then that slide closed. Was ok for kids. And there is LOADS AND LOTS ov kids there. There is also a wasp problem everywhere there, even in some rooms. Our room was ok really. Plus everything is a bit old fashioned too.. plus self service, dont expect anything being brought to you, by the pool or beach. And don't get to this hotel befor 3pm. Because you will have to just sit there and wait, for your room. We got there 11.15am, tired ect ect. Told to go toilet and change and go to beach. Great eh... BY THE WAY INTERNET, WIFI.. IS TERRIBLE. everywhere comes and goes, every 10 minutes, when you get it. But there was a few nice people there. 1 on the beach, cool guy and one or two in dinning room. Would we go there again.... Unfortunately for the price. NEVER. Way over priced. Shame from the pictures we was so excited. No shopping options. Other than a small shop. Bits and bobs. BEST THING IS THE AL A CARTE. Hot stone 10/10. Greek 9/10. Italian 5/10 Asian 10/10 BEACH.10/10

The reception staff was nice and friendly. Special thanks to Petros & Maria! Overall hotel is old fashioned. I can imagine that 20 years ago when it was first opened it was considered luxurious. Rooms had Grohe wall-hung WC, Legrand sockets. But now it looks really old. The most annoying is the lack of power sockets in the rooms. I had to take out lamps in order to charge our phones. From our room you could directly go out to the yard with sea view (room 106). You can see it in the pictures. Weather is very good - warm but not to hot. The sea water is the warmest I have ever seen (afternoon). It has shallow water, so you need to go far if you want to swim properly. This warm sea alone covered all the downsides. Food is great, large variety. Though if you decide to eat in the open air terrace, you should know that there would be several bees during the breakfast time (but no one was bitten within 2 weeks). Aquapark is actually very good. Several staff members that deserve a bonus: shuffle car driver Dimitris, waffle maker girl with glasses, waitres with orange hair bow, the cleaning lady Dimitria (if I remember correctly, the one that is always smiling), and reception staff Petros & Maria.

Amazing experience, beautiful clear sea, excellent quality of food, friendly and kind environment (a special thanks to Nikolina, Nikos and all the waiters/waitresses in bars and restaurants ). Great amusement with slides and other sport activities (not always available, so book in advance!) Rooms are clean, but aren’t new so could be better, wi-fi doesn’t work everywhere. Generally speaking a very good stay in the Olympia Oasis!!!

This was the REAL experience of vacation. There is no better way to spend time with your family. Already promised to my family we’ll be there again next year. It totally worths every single moment from early in the morning until late in the night.

Our stay at the Grecotel Olympia Oasis & Aqua Park was excellent overall. The breathtaking views from the hotel and its sister properties, combined with the extensive facilities, made for a truly memorable experience. Pre-Arrival Assistance Prior to our arrival, we were in email contact with Kalliopi, who kindly arranged our transfers to and from the hotel from Zakynthos. The process was seamless, with our ferry tickets ready for collection exactly where we were told they would be. Additionally, a booster seat was provided in the taxi for our son, as requested. Thank you, Kalliopi, for your thoughtful and efficient assistance! Check-In and Hospitality We visited in late September as a family of three (two adults and a child). Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Stenia at reception, who invited us to sit comfortably while the check-in process was completed. Shortly after, a staff member offered us refreshing cold drinks, much appreciated after a morning of travel. Throughout our nine-night stay, Stenia continued to check in with us whenever we saw her. Her genuine care and attentiveness were a highlight of our visit—thank you, Stenia! Accommodation While the overall facilities were impressive, we agree with other reviewers that the rooms could use a refresh. Our family room was a good size, with the added convenience of twin basins in the bathroom, but it lacked modern touches like sufficient electrical outlets and looks a little dated. We often had to unplug bedside lamps to charge our devices. Additionally, a full-length mirror and coat hooks by the front door would have been welcome additions. Despite these minor inconveniences, the room was clean, restocked daily, and featured a lovely view of the garden and sea. A small pull-out clothes airer on the patio was a thoughtful touch. Dining Experiences The dining options exceeded our expectations. Both the buffet and à la carte restaurants offered excellent meals. Buffets at all-inclusive resorts can be hit or miss, but this one stood out for its cleanliness, variety, and flavourful dishes. We especially enjoyed dining on the veranda, overlooking the pools and sea. The Italian Trattoria at Cap Voyage was a standout. The stunning views, delicious food, and attentive service made it a highlight of our stay. Our thanks to the entire team for making this dining experience so special. Leisure and Activities We spent most of our days enjoying the lazy river pool, beach, and aqua park. The pools, grounds, and beach were meticulously maintained, and the staff across all areas—from the bars to the golf cart drivers—were consistently friendly and helpful. The aqua park was a major highlight of our stay. It was never overly crowded and offered a great selection of slides and splash areas suitable for all ages. While the section of slides for younger children could benefit from some pool floor maintenance, this didn’t diminish the fun or the overall experience. The lifeguards at the aqua park were
