Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good assortment. Room service was always quick and cheerful. Fan in our toilet was noisy and some water ran from the shower floor into the toilet area. You do get quite a bit of noise coming from Lakeside road businesses Overall a pleasant enough.

Good service and knowledgeable staff. Room is not available due to some reason. they arranged another hotel to me with less price. But actually no refund. I know know it is trip.com' problem or hotel problem

좃식식사가 너무. 깨끗하고 맛있습니다 위치 또한 포카라시내 중심가에 자리하고 있으며 직원분들도 엄청 친절합니다

外觀是一所老派色的酒店,員工不多,以這個價位的酒店來說還可以. 地點是方便的,但近酒吧晚問有點吵. 出外吃飯十分方便. 酒店位於15街,16街有一正宗韓國家庭式料理十分不錯,也有吃西餐的連酒吧,食物質素亦不俗,有live concert,氣氛很好.

定了兩個房間，都很滿意。不用有任何顧慮，放心入住吧，我還會再回來。

I had the pleasure of staying here during my stay in pokhara. The facilities were all clean and in good condition and the location was great. More importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me with all my queries. Reception helped me organise luggage storage (free) whilst I was away on a trek & my bus return to Kathmandu with ease. Special mention also to the waiter shushant who was incredibly kind and helpful. Recommend highly if you are on a medium budget and looking for a good value for money hotel to stay in.

I had spend my 3N/4days in this hotel with my family . I can definitely say this is one of the best hotel in Pokhara . Very clean atmosphere with polite and well mannered staff . Beautiful accommodation at reasonable price . Highly recommended to all .

My stay at the hotel was marred by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of the receptionist, Indira. From a dismissive check-in to a persistently rude attitude, her demeanor overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. The management should address such issues promptly to maintain the hotel's reputation. I'd caution potential guests to be wary of the service quality until improvements are made.

We stayed in Portland hotel for 5 days and we had a great experience! Starting with birthday cake that my girlfriend got from the house! The staff was so kind and pleasant and helpful. Especially Indira and Sussan, big thanks for them ❤️ Kesal the owner is really nice guy and we had great conversation. All recommendations!!

IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE TO STAY IN PORTLAND HOTEL,(PHOKARA LAKESIDE) FOR 3 DAYS. ITS VERY ECONOMICAL, CLEAN, & YOU CAN HAVE AMAZING LAKE VIEW FROM BALCONY. I REALY LOVED THE BREAKFAST, ESPECIALLY THE OMLETE & NEPALI SPECIAL TEA.IAM REALLY THANK FULL TO THE RECEPTION TEAM & ESPECIALLY MS. INDIRA, VERY SMART & RESPONSIBLE PROFESSIONAL, SHE WAS VERY KIND & HELPED TO SCHEDULE OUR TRIPS.I WANT THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT TO TAKE CARE OF THE POWER SHUTDOWN WHICH HAPPENED COUPLE OF TIMES, BUT THE TEAM HELPED TO SORT THAT QUICKLY. I WILL RECOMMEND PORTLAND HOTEL FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR AN ECONOMICAL LUXURIOUS STAY WITH FAMILY.

Good location. Two things I think are issue is loud music right next door and the view is not as advertised but still decent. People and customer service are amazing. The breakfast team is awesome. The gentleman young guy who wants to study in America is great hotel associate.

The staff and service are excellent. The location is extremely good. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, shops, and many other conveniences. The on-site restaurant is also convenient. The room is spacious with a desk and couch, along with a double bed. The views from the room can vary depending on the side. At night, the view from terrace of the hotel is also very nice.
