TTravis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

YYikexiaoliulianyaE'un hotel piu'soddisfatto da quando siamo in viaggio.Siamo auto-auto. Quando arriviamo all'hotel, c'è un piccolo fratello che viene a prenderci il bagaglio. La signorina della ricetta ci manderà la sciarpa nella stanza dopo la stanza, dicendo che possiamo evitare di alleviare l'alto opposto.C'è un leader che ci porta a vedere le stelle di notte e ci aiuterà a prendere foto. Dopo il ritorno della stella, l'hotel ha preparato il latte di buonanotte.Il giorno dopo, perche'era troppo stanco, non andavamo a vedere il sole. Quando andavamo a colazione, la sorella del Dipartimento del Ristorante chiedeva inizialmente cosa volevamo bere e ci aiutava a mettere sul tavolo. Un altro dovrebbe essere il manager del Dipartimento di Ristorante. È pazzo dare a noi l'innocuità di carne di vacca che hanno imballato. Ho iniziato a fare due. Dopo aver mangiato, il manager è venuto a dirci di mangiare di più il loro cavolo. Dice che la carne è particolarmente buona e può essere mangiata nella contea di Ta, Sotto la raccomandazione del manager, ho anche mangiato due piatti. Il cibo è davvero delizioso. Il cibo è pieno. Quando tutti vanno, devi provarlo. Quando abbiamo finito la colazione, il manager è venuto a raccomandare la loro pepe, dicendo che era delizioso, facciamo il proso, e ci hanno aiutato a cucinare due, con un sapore di zucchero dolce e delizioso. Mi piace molto il manager, ci sentiamo pieno di entusiasmo e caldo.Quando usciremo dalla stanza, il piccolo fratello verrà anche qui per aiutarci a portare il bagaglio in macchina. La signorina della ricetta ha anche dato un compleanno con le ciliegie rosse e l'acqua minerale. L'intero servizio dell'hotel di processo è molto comodo e consiglia di vivere!(Perché non scrive commenti, quindi non ha fatto foto, e perché il servizio è molto buono, quindi ho preso due foto per accompagnare i commenti)

UUtente ospite設施：帳篷整體非常不錯，床和枕頭都還舒服，但是被子實在是有點厚，蓋着不太舒服。淋浴間下水有點太慢了，然後智能馬桶的一坐上去先沖點水的功能我覺得真是一言難盡。帳篷外的露台我很喜歡。
衞生：衞生整體滿意。
服務：服務很好，雖然很近也還是幫忙送行李。小哥都很熱情推薦附近的都美景。早餐還可以。
環境：景色非常好，對面就是雪山濕地，基本無遮擋。
這次住了兩晚，下次來一定還住！

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è buona. Puoi camminare per 200 metri da Ximen. È molto vicino a Nang del papà del nonno. La camera dell'hotel è abbastanza grande e all'esterno c'è una terrazza adatta per scattare foto e bere il tè. Anche le porte e le scale sono belle. Anche l'acqua calda è molto buona.
Ma bisogna fare attenzione quando si soggiorna nei B&B dell'antica città di Kashgar, perché sono case familiari private e sostanzialmente non hanno servizi. A volte la reception è occupata e bisogna aspettare un po'. Soprattutto nelle stanze al piano superiore, devi portare i bagagli su e giù da solo, e le scale non sono molto larghe, quindi le ragazze devono pesarle da sole. La sorella della reception era impegnata a portare i bagagli fino all'ultimo piano la notte in cui abbiamo fatto il check-in. Grazie mille!

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Una menzione speciale va a Ana al divano frontale, Steven al colazione e Winnie al club esecutivo.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio del direttore Xiao Ai è attento ed entusiasta e il personale dell'hotel è ben preparato e professionale e, qualunque sia l'occasione, accoglie sempre gli ospiti con un cappello. Mi piacciono particolarmente la camera con vista sulla città e la camera doppia Superior. Mi piace soprattutto la TV di grandi dimensioni e i gadget intelligenti. Le tende possono essere aperte e chiuse elettricamente! La camera con vista sulla città è particolarmente grandiosa, con un'imponente vista panoramica dell'antica città di Kashgar! In breve, poter soggiornare in un hotel di questo calibro vicino all'antica città di Kashgar merita un pollice in su e una visita di ritorno!

Il prezzo è metà della casa, I piccoli amici che giocano nella città antica di Shenzhen sono stati consigliati a stare all'hotel Starbucks. Giusto, ci sono anche cibo molto conveniente sotto. Ci sono carni bovine. Posso vedere la torre Kunjia. Il salotto dell'hotel e i vestiti famosi possono essere fotografati. Il colletto non porterà. La signorina della ricetta è anche molto entusiasta di aiutare. Il servizio è davvero buono. Le strutture sono buone

WWINDWARDIIThe location of the hotel is fantastic. Transportation is convenient and it is located at the entrance of Gucheng old city. There are many restaurants and shopping places around. The hotel front desk uncle and aunt are very friendly and active. Very cheap and clean. For backpackers, it is as comfortable as at home. If I come to Kashgar again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

TTrNguyenI proprietari dell'hotel sono molto utili e amichevoli nonostante le nostre barriere linguistiche. Mi hanno portato a prendere contanti e una carta SIM. Mi hanno aiutato a andare alla stazione di autobus e altre cose diverse.
La posizione è un po' lontana. È difficile ottenere un taxi e non ci sono molti ristoranti intorno, ma si può chiedere aiuto ai proprietari. Sono disposti a andare all'inferno.

TTinkerbell1723Nice hostel, but there’s one employee who doesn’t want to work that spoils the impression of the hostel. I booked this hostel for a friend (Chinese) and myself (foreigner). We booked the beds online and immediately called the hostel to reserve two lower beds which they confirmed (I have back problems and need a lower bed). We arrived in the evening to be met by one employee (I’ll call him employee 1) who said that foreigners aren’t allowed although it’s very clearly stated on Trip that they are allowed. He then proceeds to call another employee (employee 2) who then checks us in without problems. We get then shown the room by employee 1 and there are only upper beds left. After saying that we reserved two bottom beds employee 1 says that the beds are taken on a first come first serve basis so bad luck for us and then walks away. Very rude and a complete disregard to a guest’s need We then have a talk to employee 2 and he provides a solution we are happy with! Employee 2 is a great guy who actually wants to work and make this hostel a better place and employee 1 is lazy as they come and should be fired (and perhaps work somewhere where he doesn’t need to be in a customer facing role). Apart from this, the hostel is small but clean and with a simple kitchen and living room. Not expensive either!
