We stayed in a family suite. It was immaculate with all amenities such as hot water, electric kettle, kitchen and room heating system. We used kitchen quite a lot for making tea. Location is superb with walking distance to the market. Staff was very courteous, they provided us extra blankets. Food was delicious. We stayed about 4 days and used to eat hotels provided food only( tried almost every dish), it was sumptuous. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back there again..

I booked this stay for my parent’s as a wedding anniversary gift. The feedback i got from them is - the stay was nice. Food was good and the property in itself was good. However, they had a few inconveniences during their stay. Firstly, when they checked in the fridge in their room was missing a soda bottle which the hotel staff were trying charge from them during checkout. Secondly, the wifi wasn’t working and the hotel staff were a bit reluctant to help out. Thirdly, the toiletries (shampoo etc) provided were almost empty.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights ( 1 month in advance). Here are the most disgusting issues we had to face: -After checking in, there were no towels, no soaps, and no buckets in the bathroom -The phone in one of the rooms was not connected. Just a disconnected receiver (check attached pic) -The rooms were dirty. There was garbage under a bed (check image) -Furniture pieces were super old and dirty -Phone was not provided despite asking twice at the reception -Some walls were cracked; not well maintained -We had a hard time even getting water bottles. The only good things were the view from the rooms, the breakfast, and the restaurant staff's friendly behavior.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounded us. The crisp mountain air, lush greenery, and the melodious chirping of birds created a picturesque setting that felt straight out of a fairy tale. The resort itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering spectacular views of the hills and valleys. The staff's warm hospitality was noteworthy - they went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. The cuisine was a delightful surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the trip.
