We stayed in a family suite. It was immaculate with all amenities such as hot water, electric kettle, kitchen and room heating system. We used kitchen quite a lot for making tea. Location is superb with walking distance to the market. Staff was very courteous, they provided us extra blankets. Food was delicious. We stayed about 4 days and used to eat hotels provided food only( tried almost every dish), it was sumptuous. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back there again..

I booked this stay for my parent’s as a wedding anniversary gift. The feedback i got from them is - the stay was nice. Food was good and the property in itself was good. However, they had a few inconveniences during their stay. Firstly, when they checked in the fridge in their room was missing a soda bottle which the hotel staff were trying charge from them during checkout. Secondly, the wifi wasn’t working and the hotel staff were a bit reluctant to help out. Thirdly, the toiletries (shampoo etc) provided were almost empty.

The crisp mountain air, lush greenery, and the melodious chirping of birds created a picturesque setting that felt straight out of a fairy tale. The resort itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering spectacular views of the hills and valleys.
