I enjoyed my stay; true definition of tranquility, nature, peace and quiet. The food was amazing thanks to chef George, always ready to advise and work with your taste buds. Coupled with a beautiful team to serve one; Robert, Mary, Jennifer, Wangari and Evelyn. Asanteni sana! WELL be back soon.

This is the perfect place to host an out-of-town work retreat. From conferencing to accommodation, the facilities are top-notch. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful; they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Thank you so much, Jennifer, Susan, Joan, Ben (front office), and Eurslah (conferencing) for being amazing hosts. My team and I had a great time.

Great place...only wish I was on holiday and not business. Good place to disconnect and unwind. Stephanie and Mary Joan were superb. Purity at the reception had a great aura and made me feel so welcome. The service from the team was great....

The hotel was good,the food was amazing….our stay wouldn’t have been better without Robert. His services were really excellent and top notch. If you experience Robert’s services you’ll not regret. The rooms were amazing and the environment so serene.Will definitely come again.

It's a home away, a lovely place to hide from the hustles of this world. I loved the ambiance, the hotel staff were very helpful and of high professional support. The food 😋 yummy.

We had an awesome experience during our family vacation, the service was exemplary from the Housekeeper supervisor Daniel who was so available to ensure we had a good experience. Keep up the good work!!!

Quiet and serene surroundings that give a relaxing vibe. I also enjoyed their meals, especially breakfast and the karaoke on Friday. Robert at the restaurant was also a vibe and really helpful.

We have had lovely stay at the GRVL! My family had a wonderful time! sumptuous meals served at the ala carte restaurant! Excellent service from Alice the housekeeper! very professional and friendly! Overall the stay was amazing! Would definitely return for another stay!
