"Questo hotel dispone di camere piccole che hanno un odore raro, non molto pulite. Il personale della reception non è cordiale, il servizio era pessimo. Il secondo giorno non sono stati lasciati asciugamani e acqua nella nostra stanza. Abbiamo dovuto discutere con l'addetto alla reception per procurarci gli asciugamani (mai avuto acqua). Non ci tornerò mai più. Il ristorante, invece, era ok e il safari nel parco Chobe e il safari sul fiume erano eccellenti. Sembra che si tratti di 2 strutture diverse gestite da persone diverse…"

Our day trip to Victoria Falls was equally breathtaking — powerful, majestic, and beautifully coordinated from start to finish. It was one of those bucket-list experiences that leaves you humbled by nature’s grandeur. The food at the resort was superb — fresh, beautifully prepared, and varied. Every meal felt like an experience in itself. And the sunsets… absolutely glorious. Watching the sun melt into the horizon over the Chobe River, drink in hand, surrounded by friends — pure perfection. What truly sets this resort apart is the warmth of the people. The hospitality is authentic, attentive, and world-class. Because of how well we were looked after, my Canadian friends were so impressed that they are already planning their return visit in August. "The location of the Lodge, on a section of rapids packed with bird life, is wonderful. The Lodge is amazingly efficient, with great staff across the board. One of the highlights of our 5 days was the exceptional fishing guide. Feedback from our group indicated that they were all good but our guide, Robert, made our trip. His knowledge of bird life is encyclopedic - and he's an amazing fishing guide and great company. We were looked after at every turn: meals, drinks, snacks on every boat trip and visit to the bar, transport from the airport...simply exceptional"

Chobe Safari Lodges

"Siamo stati qui durante un tour organizzato, non l'ho scelto . Abbiamo dormito nel campeggio ed è stato buono, vicinissimo ai bagni, ben tenuti. Non so quanto ci sia costato il tutto, ma sicuro non poco. Il Lodge è estremamente di lusso e le camere sono costosissime (molto molto lontano dai miei standard). Abbiamo fatto due escursioni, è comodo perché sei già praticamente all'interno del parco, ma il safari durante la mattina è stato un po' noioso,pochi animali avvistati, la guida era tranquilla, nulla di eccezionale. La colazione offerta prima della partenza all'alba davvero pessima, i dolci erano immangiabili. Bellissima invece la gita in barca al tramonto lungo il fiume. È durata molto e la  guida dava tantissime informazioni sugli animali. Bevande e snack inclusi."
