Club Çapa Hotel

If planning to stay at this hotel, please do not. We had high expectations based upon the location, price point and Web images, unfortunately reality is somewhat different. Rooms are small, dirty, and tired with small cheap and uncomfortable beds. No housekeeping for 3 nights, we had to ask for basic toiletries etc. We spoke to reception regarding a paid upgrade to bigger rooms (hotel was not full) He laughed and basically said we must stay where we booked! Bathroom was very dirty and black mould everywhere. Room safe was broken, TV did not work, room fridge barely, but AC did fortunately. The restaurant / pool bar is about 5 floors / 120 steps further down the hill. Understandable as a consequence of the location but not referenced as a warning to travellers who might have difficulties with that. Service at the pool bar is disgraceful (unless you wear a bikini) and I twice walked away without service with the young barmen more interested in chatting to the girls than customers - it was not busy!! The restaurant unfortunately fares no better, half the items listed on the menu are not available, including basic wines and beer selection. The kitchen is filthy and has not been cleaned properly in ages. Breakfast is simple and edible. At least the restaurant staff are friendly unlike the rest of their team. Redeeming features include the pool, and location with great views, but unfortunately that's common for all of the many establishments in the same area, and these all seem to have much higher standards based upon our hindsight research. Be warned, and stay away!!

One of the Worst experience in Turkish hotels so far The hotel has all the potential to be very good but they seem like don’t care at all They have an amazing hotel location with crystal clear water, amazing pool and the reception staff are friendly other than this its so bad Rooms are tiny and not clean, they don’t clean the rooms daily, one of our rooms had air-conditioning not working, other room with very bad smell in the bathroom and another room with broken bathroom with big water noise and they couldn’t fix it till we fixed by our hand Rooms don’t have privacy and you have to close curtains so no one sees you The breakfast quality is bad with no variety and the use their hands without any gloves or cleaning The dishes are not clean and will tell you a story, a Turkish lady asked for a cup so they took a used one just washed it with only water and give it to her and when the lady complained they said that’s how we do it here in the hotel The internet is slow if you want to work or even watch a movie You can order extra food on the beach and food is tasty Hope they fix it cause the place could be amazing

This hotel has so much potential but missed the mark on pretty much everything apart from the view. The rooms as very outdated, lots of broken bits and the most uncomfortable bed. The beach bar is so far away from the main building so to even just get water you have to climb loads of steps, we didn’t even bother going for our free breakfast in the morning. We spoke to 3 people whilst there and two men who worked there were so busy with their phone conversation we waited to be served for 10 minutes (actually gave up one time) Only good thing is the lovely young girl on reception and the view, luckily we only stayed one night.

Denizi muhtesem bir otel, çalışanlar çok gület yüzlü ve her sorunumuzda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar fazla takıntılı değilseniz çok keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir otel fakat yanınızda yaşlı insanlarla gelicekseniz tercih etmemenizi öneririm çünkü otel tamamen merdivenden oluşuyor bu sizi de etkileyebilir yaşlıları da. Yemekler güzeldi ve çok lezzetliydi özellikle mezeler çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok yeterliydi ve her çeşit şey vardı. Havuzlar ve oturma bölümleri çok keyifli özellikle otelin beach kısmı da güzel ama biraz daha temiz olabilir tabi. Odalar yeterli fakat banyolar çok küçük bu biraz sıkıntıydı yine de İdris ustanın pideleri, deniz ve çalışanların güler yüzü için tekrardan gelinir otele.
