What a disappointment, on arrival the reception (entrance was very untidy and dirty) with a cat on the sideboard eating off of a plate from the restaurant) The receptionist was not concerned about this,, he proceeded to take us (my friend and myself) which we asked if he could help us with our luggage, as was not offered,. The room was fabulous in size with great looking beds and super quality bedding. We asked him to open the balcony door, he could not, he said he would get someone to attend to it, I went into the bathroom NO where to put tooth brush ect so small,,,,, after flushing the toilet, it stuck on flush and could not be released, my friend called the your receptionist who proceeded to come to the room and said we need to move rooms as the toilet and door could not be fixed, as they had already been reported and we were told that the parts had not been received to fix the problems, (WHY ALLOCATE A ROOM KNOWING THAT IT HAD ISSUES)? We moved rooms, same amazing view with fabulous mattresses and quality bedding, but still windows and bathroom were NOT clean,,,,,, Not to disappoint ourselves as we were only there for 2 nights, and wanted to make the most of the views and private swimming area,, Breakfast the next morning was a disaster,,,,, CATS everywhere, all the staff were playing with them then bringing food out to the display,,,,The CATS were so used to being inside the restaurant that each time a door was opened they jumped in,,,, as staff were sitting in a lounge area of the restaurant eating the breakfast as a guest and feeding the cats,,,,, the staff thought it was quite amusing that WE did not appreciate the animals were we eat,,,, We were offered room cleaning, on opening the door, there were 2 people a man and a women, one of them had been perspiring so bad the odor was so overpowering we said NO thank you,,,,,, On departure, the same young man was in the reception area NO smile, NO did you enjoy your stay, NO thank you for your custom, just will you fill in our customer service questionnaire,,,,,, we declined, OVERALL minus's,,,,,,, Service, Staff, Cleanliness, Quality of the Hotel (TERRIBLE) OVERALL plus's,,,,,, Location, VIEWS, private swimming area, Mattress's, QUALITY OF BEDDING Would I go back,,,,, NO, and I am an avid traveller of mature years,,,,Living in Turkey at the moment so aware of the way here,,,, BIG shame as I can imagine in the correct Management with the training of quality staff, the Hotel WOULD BE AMAZNING

非常好的一家酒店。因為是淡季，人不多，店家給了單獨別墅裏的房間，很安靜。還有洗衣機冰箱。餐廳的工作人員也熱情有禮，食物很新鮮。壁爐暖烘烘的待着很舒服。

Потрясающий отель с шикарными видами и морем, номер у нас был огромный с видом на море, тихий и спокойный, обслуживание потрясающее, спасибо за отличный отпуск

Odadaki banyo tam bi fiyaskoydu içeri girdik ve önceki misafirden kalan banyo çöpleri ile doluydu çöpler, duş kirliydi , duş küflüydü. duşta inanılmaz derecede bileğimize kadar su birikiyordu, resepsiyona söylediğimizde isterseniz gidin gibi kaba bir tavırla karşılaştık odanın banyo problemini bizim zorumuzla düzelttiler. Girişte vale ve otopark hizmeti varmış ama bize girişte bu söylenmediği için yan otelin önüne doğru park etmeye çalıştık o otelin görevlileriyle tartışma yaşadık. Tripe yazdık durumu ama iptal edilemez rezervasyon olduğu için çok geç cevap aldık bu yüzden kalmak zorunda kaldık çünkü tüm ücreti ödemiştik. Çıkışta adisyona ek kahvaltı yazmışlar (ki ödediğimiz ücret oda kahvaltı ücretiydi) fark etmesek fazla ücret alacaklardı. Kahvaltıda çok bir çeşit yok standart. Plajı güzel ama çok yokuşlu ve merdivenli. İnsanlar sabah erken ve gece geç saatte havlu bıraktığı için yer bulma sorunu oluyor. Plajda servis elemanı çok az. Öğle yemeği standart pek öyle lezzetli bi menü beklemeyin. Çok çocuk var ve sesli kalabalık bir otel hep masalarda plajda yer problemi var ağustos sonu için konuşuyorum. Genel olarak oda temizliğinden ve hizmetten memnun kalmadık. Çok dağınık bi otel, odadan plaja plajdan odağa giderken merdiven çıkmaktan inanılmaz yorulduk. Belinde fıtık olan bi insanım çok zorlandım diyebilirim. Sadece Manzarası yeri güzel resimlere inanınca rezervasyon yaptık ama birdaha tercih edeceğimizi düşünmüyoruz. Kaşta bu fiyata çok daha iyi bir otelde kalabilirsiniz.

很不錯，餐廳就在海邊，景色宜人，早晚餐也還不錯。推薦。

The Barbarossa Hotel and Villas in Kas, Turkey is a Dream come true kind of place! For that Special one of a kind getaway you will find it to be a very friendly, welcoming, comfy, peaceful, relaxing, serene, picturesque place ~nestled ocean front terraced villas overlooking the majestic mountains and sea is delightful and also filled with lots of really fun things to do too...on property and off. Exploring surrounding places through the Hotel tour recommendations Include one of a kind boating, snorkeling, village and castle fortress exploration, local shopping, river rafting and wading, mud baths, waterfalls, open vehicle water cannon fights, local beaches - So much fun! Plus local food and shopping fun too...on property several salt water pools, open pillow bungalos for lounging, plenty of places to retreat and dine overlooking the ocean,. Take a morning swim or night dip before retreating. It has a couple bars, library, delicious breakfast and dinner buffets, on property stone ovens for the best Baked Pita you'll ever have! This is a Top of the line experience you won't want to miss! I Highly recommend it! One of the Best experiences I've ever had traveling. It was like my home away from home. I Loved every minute of it! There's also a resort market place and tailor made women's clothing store as well there. This is one for the books you will want to share with others...Truly a unique and well worth it place and experience I will always remember...It truly is heaven on earth! ~not to be missed! The town and people of Kas are a delight. Visit the ancient amphitheater where local performances take place or the marina at sunset and take a stroll in the town center, plenty of fun to be had!I am so Happy to have been able to experience all that I did while there! this was my family’s 4th time at this hotel and it was a big disappointment. The sea per usual was very nice and the limited options of food (although limited as mentioned) was delicious.. HOWEVER, they increased the number of guests they allow without increasing the number of staff. For example During breakfast it was impossible to find a tea glass and the line to get tea was over 15 mins long. My biggest complain is that at check out they tried to increase our agreed upon price by 2.5 times. We had the confirmation WRITTEN in our phone and even with that they treated us as if we were in the wrong. Finally they very disrespectfully said okay whatever but even then they charged us 4500TL more than agreed price. Not only they were in the wrong, their attitude was particularly disrespectful as well saying “dont come back here” to us. If anyone from the hotel management reaches out to me, i would be happy to provide picture evidence. I would not recommend this hotel with the current management.

We had a great visit with the family - us with our 2 early teens. The breakfast was traditional Turkish with good variety & fresh. The ocean was clean and calm, kids really enjoyed jumping and swimming. There were plenty of chairs. The gazebos have an extra charge. There are a number of pools on property, we had one directly outside our room and we could hardly pull our daughter out of it as the end of the day. Parking can be a challenge but that’s to be expected. The whole of property has some wear and tear, but it’s not the Ritz. Lots of cats, guests feed them so they can be a bit brave when it comes to joining you at dinner.

Eşim ve 4 aylık bebeğimle geldik çok güzel denize sıfır, manzarası mükemmel kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum çalışanları da güler yüzlü. kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği çok güzel çok memnun kaldım odaları temiz her şey için çok teşekkür ederiizz

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Stunning beach view from our balcony, clean rooms and very comfy beds! The staff were just wonderful, they went out of our way to welcome us and farewell us at every meal. They also brought us Turkish tea on the day beds by the beach. We loved the food, especially the dinner buffet, great Turkish cuisine! The manager Sevki was so lovely as well! Beautiful private beach front location with swimming pool options too! Many day beds and bean bags to relax on as well as kayak and stand up paddle board for free. It was about an hour walk into town but there was a shuttle bus so close and easy to get for 30 lira if you don’t want to walk. The food at the dinner buffet was so great!! Delicious options every night!

Seriously this place was amazing! We enjoyed every single part of it, our room was spacious and had the best view, the pools were great but our favourite space was beach front space which had so many beach chairs to relax and swim in the turquoise blue waters

This was my second trip there after amazing holiday in 2018. What a disappointment it was with the reception , and the rooms, outdoor furniture, the pool pumps not working. 2018 I recommend this place on google, but this time unfortunately can not do the same thing this time.

Otele 2.5 yaşındaki kızımızla birlikte geldik, denizi harika kolluklarını takıp iskeleden girdik, kano hizmeti var, Alakart restoranında ki yemekler çok lezzetliydi, Selma hanım kızımıza uygun yemeklerde çok yardımcı oldu çok teşekkür ederiz. Evlilik yıl dönümümüzü kutladık çok güzel hazırlanmıştı burada da Murat bey çok yardımcı oldu ona da çok teşekkür ederiz. Yorumlarda araç parkı iniş çıkışın zor olması gibi yorumlarla karşılaşmıştık gelmeden önce, park konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. İniş çıkışlarda rampa yerine merdiven ve asansör kullanılırsa daha rahat oluyor ikinci gün farkettik o kısmı. Otelin kendine ait fırını var ekmek pide sabah kahvaltısında el yakacak sıcaklıkta mis gibi geliyor. Genelde deniz tercih edilmişti ancak kızım havuzda uzun vakit geçirdiğinden bizde kenarda dinlenme fırsatı bulduğumuzdan çok kullandık, yorumlarda deniz suyu ile doldurulduğu vardı, bence tamamen değil ama deniz suyu karışımı var kesinlikle rahatsız edici değil kızım saatlerce oynadı içinde. Hayvan dostu bir otel bu çok tatlıydı daha önce evcil hayvanlarını alıp gidilen bir otelde konaklama şansımız olmamıştı, bizde severek faydalanmış olduk kızımızın sevmesine imkan oldu. Odalar gayet yeterli çok bakımlı değil Yapı olarak ancak rahatsız edici de değil, kullanılan eşyalar çarşaf yastık gayet temiz bembeyaz, çok vakit geçirmedik havuz deniz derken gün bitiyor zaten. Fotoğraf çekilmek için güzel anlanları da çok fazla. İçinde bir de kütüphanesi var içinde bir sürü kitap mevcut Huzurlu sessiz sakin, denizi, hayvanları seven, merdiven in çık sorun yapmayacak herkese tavsiyemdir.
