Luvi Kaş Otel - Adults Only (+16)

Just came back from a lovely round trip from Dalyan to Kaş. We stayed at Luvi hotel Kaş for 3 nights and had such a great time! And couldn't have been happier with the expaerience comfortable cozy and very welcoming Thanks to the hotel and the girl from reception to make un forgettable mermories . The hotel is truly a wonderful hotel with its location, facilities and staff. It has a unique culinary approach with different kinds of jams every day and it is very delicious. I came for the first time but I think I will come again. I would like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. İlknur. The restaurant staff, Mr. Mirac, is very good. The only thing I didn't like was that I lost my room card ( key) and was charged an extra fee. I stay at more than 50 hotels a year, and this is a ridiculous practice. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found the price outrageously high for the poor quality and service we received in return. Breakfast: I found the breakfast service painfully slow. Simple items like milk were not provided unless you specifically requested them. They served a breakfast set for two people that included only one small piece of butter, meaning you always had to ask for more, which took so that I thought they intentionally do this to keep you from any additional requests. They charged extra for fresh orange juice and sausages. The omelette or scrambled eggs consisted of just one egg per person – a ridiculously small portion. I’ve never seen such meager servings at any other hotel. See the attached picture for reference. The most upsetting part of our stay was the owner's behavior. I asked for a knife and plate to bring to our room, and her response was shocking. She rudely informed me that it’s "not allowed to snack in the rooms." After yelling at me and my husband, they provided the plate and knife as an expection, and additionally informed us not to put any food in the fride. This is absurd, especially when most hotels offer room service as a basic amenity. Her attitude made us feel like we were a burden rather than paying guests, as if she were doing us a favor by letting us stay. I found her rude, condescending tone completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of everything, the room my parents stayed in had mold on the bathroom ceiling. We booked two rooms for four nights, spending over €1000, and left feeling completely regretful. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is quite new in 2024 and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping staff is lovely. Fast Wifi. For the rest, I could not say much positive. I regret spending a lot of money on something I would happily have exchanged for a youth hostel. From the checkin experience to service contacts during our stay to the for me homeopathic, highly disinterested and inflexible breakfast, I was not feeling welcome here. There where short hints of service orientation sometimes, but they could not change my general perception. (Example: at ca 145 Euro nightly cost in TURKEY, you want orange juice as part of your prepaid breakfast? Sure, it's an extra, we will add it to your bill.)
