Villa set over 3 floors in the exclusive Kisla area of Kalkan. A short walk to the beach club offering a boat taxi directly into Kalkan harbour (5 minute trip). The Villa has panoramic views from the roof terrace, the balcony and from the private pool. The property benefits from being full air conditioning throughout and its own private garage. The ground floor comprises a large open plan kitchen / living area and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest mod cons. The living area features comfortable seating area with satellite TV including Sport and Movie channels, DVD and music centre and fantastic views of Kalkan Bay. Barbecues are available by the pool and on the roof terrace. A Jacuzzi has been added to the roof terrace with views of the bay. Lovely stay We have just come back from a glorious two weeks at this lovely villa it was amazing .it was so clean and very spacious the most gorgeous views from every window and balconys .the pool was so clean and lovely. It was situated on a hill which could be a bit tricky for people with mobility problems.it was close to a few beach clubs which were amazing and you could get the water taxis to kalkan . The four of us had a amazing time thankyou john for letting us stay in your lovely villa ❤️

Villa with a view A lovely stay, having been to Kalkan before, we knew our way around. I’d recommend a boat trip as a great day out. Kalkan never disappoints!

Over mijn verblijfplaats Mijn verblijf was met mijn gezien was okey,maar jakuzzi werkt het niet afwasmachine werkte niet,het kon wat proper zijn zwembad ramen 1ste verdieping wc slot was kapot ik ben paar keer binnen vast gebleven,voor die prijs kon wat beter zijn ik vindt dat ik veel heb betaald normaal gezien wou ik terug betaling vragen zouwie zo min 200€-300€ terug
