Hotel Marroad is just a few minutes by the shuttle bus from the station , and it can also be reached on foot. We booked a room for 4 people and the room size is good at a very reasonable price (include breakfast). The fixtures are a bit old. However, the room and the amenities are very clean. We come to skiing and the hotel has a rental service (much cheaper than you rent at the ski field) which is very convenient. Also, they send us to ski field every day.
Staff can speak little English, but they are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, and it is a must try.

意外選擇了非常如意的酒店。位於舊輕井澤別墅區內，安靜且能閑暇漫步在舊輕井澤一帶，沿別墅區小道徒步走了一圈，靜謐絕美😍，最佳選擇，太美了。👍

整體接待服務及房間衛生滿意，交通接送服務佳，早餐質素好，服務態度非常好，不過地點距離車站要步行20分鐘，如果天氣惡劣就最好坐的士。另外酒店比較舊式，有和式榻榻米房間，適合喜歡懷舊人士，房間燈光可以改善

酒店在比較僻靜的山下 離商業區和各個景點都有十五分鐘左右的車程 如果不是自駕的話交通應該十分不便的 就酒店本身來説服務態度、住宿環境以及衞生條件等還是很不錯的。我們是五人家庭出遊，兩個大人各睡一張1.2的單人床，三個小的住和式榻榻米（白天是飲茶聊天的地方，晚上一人一個鋪蓋打開就行），一點也不擁擠。推薦酒店一宿兩頓的套餐，餐點比較豐富，食材也是當季地方新鮮出品，在新井澤是很有性價比的老牌日系星級酒店。

酒店房間很大很適合家庭客入住，位置雖距離地鐵站稍遠，但能夠步行到達，整體性價比很高，值得推薦！
唯一美中不足是酒店的餐飲是西式餐飲，沒有日式餐飲，天氣凍時想在酒店日式打邊爐，但餐廳沒有。

初めての宿泊でしたがとても良かったです。駅近でありながら木々に囲まれて軽井沢らしい環境で窓からの美しい紅葉も楽しめました。部屋は和洋室でしたが写真よりはるかに良かったです。軽井沢の宿泊料金は昔から高い設定で特に昨今はかなりの高額で首を傾げるホテルが多いのですがこちらは非常にリーズナブルそれでとても質の高い夕食やサービスでした。特に夕食は創意工夫が見られて料理長さんの腕の高さに感心致しました。食器類も厳選されて我が家でも使いたいと思う程でした。ダイニングルームは周囲が大きな窓で紅葉が一服の絵のようでした。各サイトの写真より全てがはるかに質が高く今まで宿泊していた旧軽井沢のホテルに負けるとも劣らずでした。価格の安さから考えるとこちらをお勧めしたいホテルでした。ホテルは名前では無いと改めてつくづく思いました。

房間十分舒適寬敞，衛浴配置非常理想，物品齊全。環境優美幽靜、服務親切。尤其很喜歡他們的日式早餐😋
要要注意的是沒有電梯，但服務人員都會協助提行李所以不用擔心，但行動不便者可能需要預先詢問飯店人員。
