Sono rimasti in questo hotel diverse volte, perché è uno dei migliori a Brastagi. Ma questa volta ha avuto una molto cattiva esperienza. Andare il giorno della settimana per evitare la folla il fine settimana, ma l'hotel è ancora pieno di così tanti gruppi di governo. Tutte le circostanze, da un momento all'hotel fino al momento in cui entrate nella vostra stanza, sono soddisfatte con l'odore delle loro sigarette che rende l'aria non è rinfrescante. Si sente davvero come se entrasse e soggiornasse in un ostello invece di un hotel 4-5*. Anche loro osano fumare nella zona non fumatori di colazione e nessun personale interessato. Rimanendo al super deluxe, nuovamente rinnovato, si manifesta con la pelle piccante su entrambe le mani e le gambe coz della pulizia del letto. Dunno è un letto bug o no, ma ci sono alcuni snacks residuo e tintura sul letto. Il personale di pulizia deve essere migliorato! Hanno anche dimenticato di riempire le borse di tè/caffè e devo chiederle dalla ricezione. Non si può davvero godere la notte.. i gruppi hanno una festa all'azalea con un grande oratore suonato fino a tardi mezzanotte. L'hotel dovrebbe considerare gli altri ospiti in particolare quelli che soggiornano con anziani o bambini. È possibile immaginare fino a 2am e ancora così rumoroso! Ohmygod.. mio bambino non può dormire bene e cranky tutte le notti. L'hotel non dovrebbe dare il permesso di usare la sala fino a così tardi e disturbare gli altri ospiti. Questo è davvero sleale.. noi paghiamo anche per il nostro soggiorno! Super Deluxe stanza è così male calda. Torna sul tetto del ventilatore, e polvere dal ventilatore cadde a letto. Oh, mio Dio, completa! Hot+Ruisy e anche sentire un altro bambino piangeva da un'altra stanza.. Questo gruppo ha davvero fatto un buon lavoro a sprecare le vacanze dei restanti ospiti dell'hotel. Mikie Holiday dovrebbe rimanere le regole del gruppo, nonostante vengano dal governo o dal pubblico.

The room is spacious and the bed are comfortable. We had a good two nights sleep. The breakfast restaurant offers a very nice skyline view and has a good spread of food. I am a vegetarian but have no issues with the choice of food. The hotel is just beside a cambridge mall with restaurants, hair salons and supermarket. Overall, the stay is good.

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

UUtente ospiteSangaaaaat raccomandato giusto. Recendere sulla condizione della camera, come nella foto, camera con 1 letto e bagno all'interno. Bagno pulito, acqua vive. Seduto.
Il letto era pulito, le foglie erano pulite, e due cucchiai erano stati forniti perché era davvero freddo qui.
Per i bagni, puoi chiedere alla guardia.
È molto conveniente perché è lontano dal rumore, più tranquillo di altri luoghi.
Il punto più importante, il guardiano/proprietario del locale è molto amichevole e molto buono, parlando collegato come se avessi conosciuto da molto tempo hahaha, sempre sano yaaa bike. La guardia notturna è anche amichevole.
La stanza può essere utilizzata anche come un punto di foto.
Vi sono parcheggi anche per auto e motociclete.
Anche i biglietti di primavera caldi.Il lusso di un prezzo economico è già lo stesso della primavera calda.

DDiscover435382082202-night stay for 5 adults in 3 rooms Upside: (1) Views - Resort's location on a ridge overlooking Lake Toba means that more expensive room categories and public areas have unobstructed views (weather permitting) of the gorgeous lake. Worth it to pay up for lakeview rooms, but be aware that other guests can access the gardens outside the rooms on the lower floors, so curtains have to be closed for privacy. Also worth it to drive out 15 minutes (but still within resort grounds) to One Tree Hill for the views. (2) Staff - Shout out to Fitria, who was our point of contact for our reservation, and who arranged transport to/from the resort and for a day of sightseeing. She was proactive, reliable and pleasant to deal with, whether via email, WhatsApp or in person. (3) Amenities/Facilities - Despite the remote location, there was ample hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Wi-fi was decent in terms of speed and stability, both in rooms and in public areas. Note that rooms don't have fans, air-cons or heating given the cool climate year-round. Downside: (1) Unfinished - Despite the fact that the resort has been operating for several years, the upper floors of the main block are still under construction. Bizarre! This also means that there is no interior access to the restaurant and reception. Golf cart/truck/van shuttles are offered up and down the short, but steep, distance between the rooms and the reception/restaurant. This was particularly appreciated whenever it rained. However, we weren't disrupted by any renovation noise. (2) Remote location - Resort has extensive grounds, so it's a 20-30 minute drive out to places of interest (e.g. Sipiso-piso waterfall) or to town (e.g. Tongging) to eat in a restaurant. So, like us, you'll probably eat breakfast and dinner at the resort. Confirm if your rate includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was buffet-style, while dinner was buffet one night and steamboat/hotpot the other. None of the meals were particularly outstanding, but they did the job.

This hotel is beautiful, it feels like you are in a lush jungle, I like it much more than the modern luxury hotels that cost more and don't have nearly as much character. The staff was amazing, they were incredible helpful and kind. The breakfast and Cafe food was delicious and I loved the room and the price.

UUtente ospiteQuesto posto era consigliato da un amico, e anche se era un po' sopra il nostro bilancio, andammo a prenotare, viaggiammo in gruppo e prendemmo 10 camere. Le camere erano molto pulite, ma troppo vasche, in alcune camere le caldaie non funzionavano correttamente, le cuscinetti erano in condizioni disfavorevoli, tutti i mobili erano bellissimi, ma erano troppo bassi per non essere molto confortevoli. Alcuni letti non erano in buona forma. Il colazione complimentare potrebbe essere molto meglio, forse come aggiungere frutta locale alla selezione (Abbiamo pagato 500k-750k per camera). Pottere i potratti dei proprietari nelle camere degli ospiti era un po' eerie 😅. Tuttavia, il servizio era eccezionalmente buono, il manager era super amichevole.

e un padre sempre amichevole chiedendo la soddisfazione degli ospiti dell'hotel.
Tutte le cameriere femminili e maschili sono amichevole e veloce a rispondere.
