I recently had an exceptional stay at the Retro Riverside Wellness Resort in Karlovy Vary, and it surpassed all my expectations. This extensive wellness area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings of Karlovy Vary. What truly sets this resort apart is the excellence of its staff. From the moment of arrival, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine friendliness. The hotel's location in Březová, near the forest and water dam, offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the attractions of Karlovy Vary. Irish people are well known for their warm welcome and great hospitality, so when we travel to a new place and receive even more than expected it is truly appreciated. Metin our head waiter could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend.

As part of our Czech Republic visit we looked for a hotel near Karlovy Vary, we came across the Riverside hotel, and we are so happy we found it everything was great, the location, hotel staff, wellness & spa and the breakfast, the hotel is highly recommended and we will certainly come back !!!

Unglaublich tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast in dieser familiären Atmosphäre wirklich pudelwohl . Was besonders auffallend ist, wie sauber alles ist und gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt kein gewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet, sondern alles wird nach Karte oder Wunsch so viel man will frisch zubereitet . Absolute Oberklasse , hab ich so noch nicht erlebt. Auch die Umgebung und Karlsbad spricht für diesen wunderbaren Ort. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
