Drita Hotel

My first solo holiday,and this hotel was amazing .Every member of staff was amazing ,I felt so safe ,the place was spotless clean and the food selection was fantastic .The hotel was so relaxing in the day and came alive in the evening .big shout out to Alex and the rest of the team .I have round a wee Gem that I will be returned time and time again .A visit down to the spa is a must ,it was a great experience. Thank you everyone at hotel and Spa Rhona from Scotland 😎

Hotel is a hidden gem,the staff are lovely people and the food is exceptional, The Vegetables are cooked to perfection and selection of main courses amazing. A great experience and will be back.

It was all good about aspeccially animation team I really enjoyed during my stay at alanya I will definitely come back and recommend for my other friends I've got great time thank you drita family.

Drita otel was amazing we are coming here every summer with my family I love turkeys weather and food in here everything is amazingly tasty and special thanks for the animation team they were so fun

If you are British give this Hotel a miss. Also if you have any mobility challenges-give this hotel a miss. No way this Hotel is 5 stars One staff member on reception was courteous - female Male receptionist met us when we arrived- rude as heck- not helpful at all- we forgot our print out but had all information on the app on our phone- he said it meant nothing to him and he couldnt help us- wouldn’t let us use the printer - another man from the back came out took a pic off our phone and printed it from his phone and gave it to the rude receptionist- simple solution unless u were the receptionist-this took an hour 😡 No hotel information given, re towels toilets anything-just room key n lifts there Horrible man Pool is not for anyone with mobility issues-only had typical ladder no sloping steps-if steps are an issue for you forget going to the beach- steep stairs to the tunnel. Food ok-edible but they do rehash the precious days food- eg meat kebabs would be turned into meatballs nxt day Breakfast awful dont bother When we were there a group of lads created problems - v v drunk, using kiddy pool wall to jump off, kept falling over drunk, giving entertainers trouble by interrupting and trying take over- Hotel were aware but did nothing- another hotel Member called police as the lad became violent toward them- Entertainment is ok Cocktails are awful-from a bottle and just syrup-you can only get beer at beach bar, nothing else Restaurant staff , cleaning staff and Ooma who makes flat breads are the saving grave of this hotel Do not recommend- on the beach should remove it as an option to uk

Was really looking forward to this holiday, ignored negative review - first mistake 1. Greeted in early hours arriving by rude and argumentative person on reception - did his very best to make everything into a problem. Gave us no information about facilities - witnessed him on serval occasions helping non english people and also being awful with other English couples. 2. No disabled access to pools as advertised. 3. Food generic - each meal was a reshash of the previous meals leftovers. 4. Drinks were poured from pre-made syrup based cocktails - refused any other drinks at bar, while people of other nationalities were given what they wanted 5. Staff allowed drunken grouo to act dangerously around pool while children played for 3 days of the visit, till it became too much and the police came. Positives - Some serving staff going above and beyond - German reception lady, only one who took time for all - Omani serving flatbreads - a shining star in the whole place If from UK - go elsewhere - its obvious you hust are not welcome

On arrival at 6am after nearly 3 hour transfer, we were checked in by a member of staff that we felt didn't want to be there. We were given keycard and told our room was on the 6th floor. This is the 1st point of call for the hotel and attitude was really bad. The room was pretty poor, the laminate floor was lifting up where it's been cleaned and the metal ***** was also lifting. The balcony sliding door did not lock so we immediately told them and they did repair it. We had to ask where/what times restaurant was open, again given no heads up on it. The food was poor, not much choice and pretty bland. The butter tasted of cheese so we ended up buying our own and taking it with us everyday. The pool bar was manned by 2 really good staff who catered for the "English" probably because we were friendly. A lot of the others could not understand what you wanted. It is not a hotel to go to if English as caters for Russian/Ukraine/German/Polish who do not speak to us. The hotel says theres tv but not 1 English news channel, I do not go on holiday to watch TV but would be nice for background in the room. The entertainment again was not aimed at British speaking people. Most music around the pool was foreign and far too loud most of the day. A lot of people were on the beach I think mainly because it was too loud by the pool. There was nowhere to go for a walk as miles away from anything. The bus into alanya was cheap and frequent so if you wanted any life that would be the place to go. We met a few other English people and they agreed with everything we've said above.

Ağustos ayında 1 haftalık tatilimiz gerçekten mükemmel geçti. Animasyon ekibi eğlencemize eğlence kattı hepsi çok güler yüzlü arkadaşlardı. Yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Denize sıfır oluşu da ayrı bir güzellikteydi. Otel hakkındaki tek eleştirimiz havuzun biraz küçük olması ve otoparkının bulunmamasıdır.

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Akşam ve sabah etkinlikleri dolu dolu ve eğlenceliydi. Denizi çabuk derinleşiyor fakat yüzmek için ideal. Girişte sıkıntı yaşamadan hızlıca işlemimiz yapıldı.Memnun kaldım
