HHayati BinteFirst Time stay at Resinda Hotel. Good place near the Mall. Staff friendly and hard working. Nice food and lot's of choice. Swimming pool been take care of staff while kids playing at pool.

UUtente ospite- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them.
- I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food.
- Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

SSK WINHotel nya cukup baik, makanan enak dan lumayan banyak variant dengan harga segitu, jacuzi dan spa nya buka jam 1 siang. Kolam renang agak kotor anak2 ga jd renang. Semoga kedepan nya makin bagus lagi fasilitasnya dan pelayanan nya.

MmeianluBooked one night stay since we were so exhausted back from Bandung. Checked in at 8.30 p.m. and the room was ready. I got 2nd floor bedroom it I was concerned that the low floor will be noisy. The receptionist assured me that it will not be noisy at night since the room will be facing the opposite of the road. 15 mins inside the room we heard a very loud music from the floor below, turns out there was party at the 1st floor. I complained and luckily they moved me to 6th floor. They even give me a complimentary chocolate.
Overall the service is good, and the room is clean. Cleanliness and service is the most important thing.
Unfotunately the onsen is under maintanance for 1 month, so you should check first before book the hotel.
