Club & Hotel Letoonia

We returned to Letoonia after a year. We had the best holiday last year and wanted to repeat it again on our anniversary. The place didn't disappointed. Arrived late as our flight was delayed, but staff was again very welcoming even it was early in the morning. We booked again hotel room rather than bungalow. Lovely, friendly staff took us to our room, but I wasn't sleeping well due to noise( I am a music teacher and struggling with sounds). I asked on reception next day, if they can help change the room, but unfortunately it wasn't possible straight away due to peek holiday season. Few days later, they managed to find us lovely quite room. Everything was perfect afterwards. We had our cleaning lady that we had last year. She made us welcomed again and our room was always spotless. Thank you for all your hard work. We done some trips- one was with Joseph's safari- amazing experience, so much fun and laugh. The other was trip to Turtle beach again. Fantastic experience again. Unfortunately I misplaced my phone with some of my cards, Hotel card and driving licence. I have to say, all people who help to deliver my phone with everything they been amazing and thank you. Our tour guide Atti, rep, boat driver and bus driver have been outstanding to organising my phone to be delivered to our hotel with all cards next day. Thank you again. Gentlemen on reception ( staff I forgot his name,sorry) he lend me his mobile phone to contact our rep to let him know. The same gentleman who managed to organised swap our room. Thank you. As our wedding anniversary I booked private boat for all day trip out. We had relaxing and lovely time with great food. Thank you. I did the spa treatment. The place felt much busier and rushed compared to last year. I had Turkish bath and massage. It was OK but was hoping for more. I prefer swim in the sea, therfore we spend more time on the beaches. Mainly near Marina and a few times on Delphine beach. Our daughter 9 loves art and crafts and Biylek was fantastic with her. She remembered us and welcomed us back. Thank you. It's lovely to know people remembered you and make you feel so welcoming. We loved our food and restaurants. Again we haven't been disappointed. Theme night of different cultures was amazing. Thank you Sherkan assistance manager who recognised us from last year and welcomed us back like a family. All staff work extremely hard and food is very tasty. This year they prepared massive cake. Whole parade was fantastic to watch and cake was very tasty. We tried Chopstix restaurant. Very impressed with food and service. Same standard for food and service as 5 star restaurants in UK. Well done. WiFi is a bit down site, but it's maybe a good thing as you can spent more time with loved ones and other humans, rather then screen and technology;) Entertainment in this place is outstanding. Lovely food. Attentive staff. Good facilities . 5 years since we've been abroad overall experience disappointing. Paid a lot for our stay. Expected more. If you have trouble with steps don't bother. Steps wasnt our problem the lack of relaxing view was.

Beautiful hotel with tons to do for the kids aged 7 and 9. Food was wonderful and everything was kept spotlessly clean. The only thing that didn’t quite feel 5 star was that two of the three buffet restaurants acted as completely self service with no one to find you a table and instead of someone taking a drinks order they had a bar inside the restaurant. This meant that we all spent more time away from the table and less time together enjoying the meal. That said, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely consider Letoonia again.

The best all in resort i have ever been and most beautiful! There is much variation of beaches and restaurants. The best a la carte restaurant is the Dolphin, Aziz(the fish chef) works 17 years with so much passion for the food and his guests. We will come back.

We had a lovely experience. Wonderful location with spectacular sea views. Very calm and peaceful place where you can really enjoy your vacantion. Various and very delicious food.Moonlight restaurant was our preferable place for dinner. The smile and attitude of Tacettin will stay in my heart. I recommend.

I’m writing this review while still here so it’s more of a live experience. We flew from Norwich with TUI which was simple enough, they still charge £10 for a maintenance fee for the upkeep of the airport. Arrived at the hotel about 21:00 and was greeted at the door by the hotel staff, taking the bags so we could check in. Very quick and everything well explained, gave us a map too and the place looked massive. Got taken to the room and bags arrived 5 minutes later by the staff. Room is nice. Air con, walk in shower. Only downside is the bed is rock hard, Same for the kids but I’ve got used to it now. Went downstairs and was recommended the Cactus restaurant as it’s 24/7, everything was cooked fresh, nice and hot and staff were brilliant. Up to bed. Checked the mini bar in the morning, full of juice, coke. Bottles of water and this is topped up daily for you, aswell as clean sheets if required. The next morning we were able to explore and what a place, it’s beautiful, the views are stunning, the place is super clean and it’s VAST, a massive place! You’ve got 3 beaches, 3 pools, literally everything I could want is included. Even the paddle boarding, pedelos, wind surfing, canoes, all included. As for the beaches, they are private and have a boom going across each bay so nothing can get in as there’s nets, there are fish swimming about and people feed them bread from the snack bars, kids loved that. The slides a great(1 isn’t working) but kids enjoyed them too and going into the sea. Breakfast covers everything you would want from continental, hot food, fruit, cereal, the omelettes are lovely. It’s all good tasty food. Lunch again, good quality from hot and cold, chicken, lamb, beef, veggies, salad, you can’t complain. Dinner, they seem to have themes from Chinese, Mexican, fish nights , again with all the other stuff to go with it. If you’re a drinker, lager is Tuborg and Calsberg. Cocktails and good and they chuck plenty of spirits in. Unlimited bottled water too, along with CokeCola Sprite, Fanta, juices etc. Onto the entertainment team. Absolutely brilliant and the shows they put on are great, my 7 and 9yr old were glued. They’ve even put a Horror Party on tonight by the beach with a DJ, quality tunes, a proper party atmosphere. The only ever slight issue is all the great things they do, there isn’t much entertainment for a 7 and 9yr old done by the entertainment team unless you want to dump them with the person for the whole day. It would be nice if they did a pool activity, kids volley ball, kids archery, something they can do. They all seem to be 12+ or adults only. But hey that’s what we become parents for, to enjoy the time with them, not fob them off to strangers Saying that, you can still do volley ball with them if the nets free, football, mini golf, even fishing off the walk way next to the sea so they still have plenty to do. It’s currently 40c and it’s very hot, had to head back to the room at 3p
