La colazione e la cena sono disponibili presso l'hotel, l'ambiente è buono e anche l'atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio è molto buono. È molto vicino alle attrazioni di Pamukkale e l'ambiente circostante è originale, adatto a viaggi di familiari e coppie.

It was low season and still a great place to visit. The room was ample and clean. We spend two wonderful days enjoying the thermal water, the turkish bath and great massages. Food was varied and good, and we got exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a great time!

The hot spring is good and nice pool. And near the Heirapolis.

До курорта Памукале, на такси 7 мин. До базара с кафешками и лавками 15 мин пешком. В отеле нам предложили upgrade номера без доплаты👍 спасибо! Номера не новые, но главное это то, что отель стоит на краю деревни, и вам открываются великолепные виды на долину с ее закатами. Отель весь в зелени и постоянно поют птицы. Мы останавливались на 2 ночи, больше там делать нечего, если вы конечно не любитель отдыха у бассейна в горах.

위치: 파묵칼레 온천 및 열기구타러갈때 위치가 좋아서 편했음 객실: 조금 오래된 시설치곤 깔끔. 객실에 여러 과일이 배치되어 좋음 시설: 수영장이 크고 주위 정원이 산책하기 좋고 파묵칼레도 보임. 다만 엘베가 없음 조식:지중해식이라 샐러드종류 및 치즈 ,올리브 그리고 과일, 디저트가 다임. 조식이 우리에겐 먹을게 없고 커피도 중동식, 한국분은 입맛에 안맞음. 다만 조식뷰나 시설은 넓고 좋음. 복숭아는 맛남!!

酒店位置難找，距離棉花堡較遠，都是團隊客人，酒店當地較大，但是服務一般，特別是衞生情況有點糟糕。

5 звездочный отель как турбаза совкового типа в РФ. Завтрак отстой.

Staff not nice, property sketchy, all staff looked unhappy, very very dark property gave creepy vibes.

This is a hotel with a nice hot spring. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious. We were very satisfied. I had to pay for power plugs and rental bikes, so it would have been better if they were free.

It’s definitely not a five star hotel at all, there is no elevator to room3005, my mom just had low back surgery, and the air conditioner so old and loud, the pillows are so thin like blankets? The dinner buffet and breakfast suck, all of those do not deserve the price

I have been few hotels around the area before and been to this hotel way long time ago.. it was ok overall but this trip I really hate seen plastic shower caps been handing in the thermal pool..😔 some hotels I stayed before , you have to purchase the swimming cap and re use again and take home with you..this hotel I have noticed they do not care about environment at all, management should not be in that position or owner should not owe hotels if they not care about the environment..😔 only good thing about this hotel was for me they were pet friendly as I have took my pet with me.. I would have rate it differently if they were care about environment.. hopefully people will consider about this before they make booking.. hundreds of people get in to pool with plastic hair wrap and they get in the pool few times per day.. every visit extra rubbish.. I have seen hotels ( spa hotels) provide water but you have to carry your own water bottle..it would be nice to see those rules in the every hotels around the world.. but this hotel just so useless about environment 😔

Termal very good, food very good , rooms very bad

Thermal pool and swimming pool is fine. Suit room is large. There is a smell of food, especially cooking oil, in the lobby and the restaurant. Most probably there is a problem with paddle box. The hotel is too crowded in the mornings as there are lots of tour buses departing at the same time.

By EU standarts a good 3 star hotel. Nice facilities. Decent food. Very good thermal pool inside and outside.
