Very bad service and most of the reception counter staff are very rogue , old building and no renovation

Hotel was good but rooms and lobies cleaniness is weak and room furniture is also not good ..i would rate 6 out of 10

這家酒店已經非常老舊了，房間設施可以説破舊，在這裏住能遇到中國同胞。不過這個酒店最好的一點是中國人可以自由出入酒店（政策不允許），所以出門拜訪客户或者吃飯逛商場比較自由。

一個臟，被子臟，地毯臟，衞生間臟。 it is strongly not recommended for this hotel.

Worst night of my life when I stayed in Regent plaza Karachi. I stayed there with my husband and kids and this is the most dirtiest place I ever stayed. Even the toilet of my home was clean then room of Regent plaza hotel. Room was dirty bed sheets pillows were dirty, the corridor from where you have to go to rooms was full of dust and bad smell. Toilet seat was not clean the bath tub drain was full of rust and mold. Cockroaches were walking on the floor. NO ONE SHOULD STAY IN THIS HOTEL . Breakfast was like a cheap street stall food. DIRTY PLACE, DIRTY ROOMS, FULL OF DUST AND BAD SMELL CORRIDORS 🤮🤢😖 PLEASE DON'T STAY THERE IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON.

This hotel is fantastic in approach. It has many advantage for participants. Everyone has to visit once their life. Whoever once visit this hotel enjoy in his life. Everyone has to get advantage to visit this hotel.. It has immense natural scenery and beauty.

Pathetic hotel. Dirty rooms, smelly carpets. Breakfast was below average. Not worth it. Terrible food, low quality. Washrooms were dirty yo the core , close your eyes b4 entering. Ugly walls, tv didnt work, wallclock was broke. No warm water for shower

This hotel is SHOCKING!!!!!!! There was no hot water for the period of our stay. The staff admitted they had long term hot water issues, yet they continued to take bookings. The hotel has that “tired” look, the rooms were old and in many cases dirty. Some delegates changed three times in attempts to find an acceptable room. Breakfasts were a disgrace, with no fresh fruit, hot courses were served cold etc etc. The staff were generally disinterested. Please note that any high ratings on this hotel should be treated with the greatest suspicion and were probably generated by the hotel itself to counter negative reviews. If you do choose to stay there do not say you haven’t been warned

WE WERE AT REGENT FOR 2 DAYS, 40 PERSONS OCCUPIED 15 ROOMS AND USED AN AUDITORIUM. MOST ROOMS WERE SMELLY WITH DIRTY CARPETS, POOR SERVICE EXCEPT MEHR UL NISA. AUDITORIUM WAS WORST. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. WE GAVE A BUSINESS OF 1.5 MILLION AND WE WERE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP....

Stayed at Regent Plaza Hotel for a night in last week of March 2022. Found dirt on the furniture, linen needed fresh replacement, washroom needed some cleaning. The good part was Suana, steam & jacuzzi.. (don’t let your expectations rose, even these facilities weren’t great) overall an average experience

I like it. Very good hotel and helpful staff The breakfast was good quality. They were accommodating with our requests regarding dinner. Good menu wide selection of meals. They actual room had a wonderful view. The Location is perfect. Duty office was on round and assisted us for our requests. Great Hotel in terms of staff hospitability, room accommodation, and the facilities. I recommend to my friends. I loved the effort that was made to find a room that was most convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff I dealt with were lovely and very accommodating. The gym is great for a hotel gym, ample equipment and the pool area with jacuzzi and steam room is nice. The room was comfy with a huge bed. Overall was good staff was very helpful rooms were clean Gym was great with all facilities. Had a great dinner at Open Air Pool side area. Lights at night are great. I loved the business center, I had printer facility and like the speed of internet. Staff made my work convenient. Great Parking, easy access to nearby city location. Hotel is in the heart of the city, I finished my meeting in time and had great time to rest as the location saved my time. I would recommend it to all my friends, great place to stay in a very reason able budgeted rates. I took special discount due to the room offer running in the hotel. Thanks a lot!!
