We came back after two years, because last year it was CoViD madness and we are happy to say, it is still like at HOME at Voetters. There is nothing better than come back after a while and see the GOOD things are still there. The place is clean, comfy and full of friendly staff ;-)

Specious room. Nice terrace. Big bsthroom.Comfotrable bed. Cozy bar area with fireplace where we relaxed after a good day of skiing. Game room provides a lot of choices for having fun. Excellent dinner menu. The best wiener schnitzel. Very good service. Very kind people. Nice pool area. We would return to this hotel.

This is a real familiy driven hotel, almost defining the category. The ever present and friendly Rita and Karin makes sure, that you feel welcome and part of the family and always finds time for a chat. The hand picked staff are attentive and service minded and the culinary quality of the hotel restaurant is excellent. Insider tip: stay over christmas, for the most fabulous family christmas event.

Fantastic hotel, loved my stay at Votters. Perfect base for a summer hiking holiday. Comfy beds, big rooms, nice balcony. Lots of choice at breakfast, and especially good coffee! We ate in the restaurant every night bar one.... they have some dishes available every night, and also a menu that changes every day - we never struggled to choose a lovely meal. But by far the best bit of the stay was the staff - every member of staff was lovely, helpful and went above and beyond - from helping dry wet hiking gear - to helping us choose routes / things to do - to filing up our very big water bottles each morning. Was hard to pack up and check out! They are also part of the Summer Card initiative, which was frankly amazing - free cable cars (almost all of them) / free bus travel / free lift and bus to kesselfall and the mountain lakes.

The standard double room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable! It was nice to have a balcony to air out our ski outfits in the evening and to let in some cooler air (the rooms are very warm). There was plenty of room for us to store all our bulky ski clothing. The quality and choice of the food was brilliant - we were spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and always friendly. The spa and pool were lovely after a day of skiing (though I would have liked the water in the pool to be a little warmer!) and it was a nice touch to have a tote bag with towels and a dressing gown in the room that you could to take to the pool area. The ski bus runs from just across the road from the hotel, and because of the location, we were one of the first on in the morning and one of the last to get off when returning to the hotel, so we always had a seat on the way to the mountains and it was easy to get off on the way back. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I ever visit the area in future.

It is our second time in Kaprun and we loved our first experience , so we had to go back! The hotel manager and her team are extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable . Gernot and his team serve the best selection of dishes and the food is excellent. The rooms are a generous size and the beds are comfortable. The location is fabulous as it is only 10 - 15min walk to the town center and the bus stop is right outside this hotel . Ski locker room is perfect and you must see the car museum on its basement, as it is a surreal experience , as well as an incredible one. Thank you for looking after our family so well,

This was our sixth visit to this family run hotel where we have always found the team to be extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious, from the extensive buffet breakfast to the set menu for the optional evening meal which is good value for money. The real fire in the bar provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Spa facilities are good with several saunas, a steam room and pool - with plenty of towels, water and tea available. Clean and tidy bedrooms and communal areas. Interesting vintage motor museum in the basement. All in all we highly recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out, just amazing. Hotel was clean and full of very nice knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hotel had everything we wanted, the room was clean, beds were comfortable , staff were friendly, delicious food, amazing atmosphere. We arrived late and kitchen was closed, staff knew if this and prepared us a platter to share and a table in the restaurant. Sauna and swimming pool was also very nice, steam room was amazing. Really nothing bad today only GREAT. We spent a week there and would definitely return again and again. The location is lovely too, 5 min bus ride to the slopes, but also walkable distance too. JUST AN AMAZING WEEK, shame we had to come home 😃

My stay at this family hotel felt like I were at home. The staff were very friendly and I felt welcome as a guest and client. The hotel is very clean. Wellness center is a wonderful place to relax. There is a very wide range of food for breakfast. I enjoyed daily dinner menu but there is of course a possibility of a la carte menu. The food is great and very tasty.
