Mountain Hotel Luis

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and excellent food. Really enjoyed our visit and was convenient for the slopes (we rented a locker at the lift station to make it easy). Pool and spa are very nice and room was well equipped. Only request would be to make it easier to connect to Netflix, etc on the tv. Will be back.

Amazing hotel. We(group of 7friends) had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa area was truly amazing, with a relaxing sauna and a wonderful warm outdoor pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. We would love to come again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

1. Very well maintained, clean hotel and apartments. 2. Good location, comfortable access by car to the hotel garages. Entrance high 2,10 m. 3. Excellent communication with the hotel staff during booking and during the stay. 4. A nice wellness area with an excellent outdoor pool, which has an entrance from inside the wellness area. 5. A big advantage of the apartments is the kitchen unit at the same time breakfest and the possibility of dinner in the hotel. A good combination.

This was one of the best stays i’ve been to in a while, room was huge, clean and with a beautiful view of the glacier, spa was also a wonderful experience, especially the outside pool. Unfortunately i can't give 5/5, mainly because one of the breakfast staff member was very disrespectful for absolutely no reason, and i think that he should work on it, but overall it was a great experience.

€300 plus hotel. Beautiful Room, but.. Coffee provided in room, but no cream or sugar! Fridge but no mini bar. Check front desk to buy a coke, none available!! Restaurant, but not open on Wednesday!! Been traveling for 6 months and have stayed in €80 hotels that provided better service!! Just a disappointment when compared to other stays!! When you pay top € just expect more from a stay!! 🤔😞👎

This was the best hotel stay of my trip to Austria with my family. It is located near the town centre of Kaprun, just a few mins drive away. The hotel was nice and clean, nicely decorated to mimic the vibe of a wooden cabin. We booked a family room that was nicely furnished with a kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa that was turned into a sofabed (and there was a tv). There was also a balcony. The other room was the master bedroom with a king sized bed. The toilet was also spacious and clean! *Note: My family usually stay in modern style hotels and we feel like cabin style rooms can be scary and dark/dirty, but this hotel defied our standards! My mum is also particularly picky about cleanliness esp when it comes to the toilet, so rest assured that you can trust my word hahah* The staff was very friendly and gave us a tour of our room when we checked in, and answered our queries, even going to the extent of helping us apply for our Zell Am See Summercards! There is a good selection of bread, toasts, cereals, and the typical eggs, bacon, beans, ham for breakfast at the Luis Gardens restaurant. The staff was also very welcoming and would help us brew coffees, and ask us for our special orders everyday (these included diff styles of eggs, pancakes, and porridge). For dinner, this restaurant is one of the highest rated in the area, and though variety is certainly present, its dishes proved to be more fusion than traditional (eg we ordered the asian curry with rice, and coming fr Singapore the curry was not the typical style of asian curry we were used to, but rather had a more herby taste to it. We also ordered the roast pork and that was delicious!) Overall 10/10 reccommed this hotel for its price. The room is spacious, clean and has amenities, coupled with the nice ambience of the restaurant and the wonderful and helpful staff. :)
