My family and I enjoyed staying in it , good treatment from the owner of the apartment. What is characterised by the fact that its location is excellent. They have a large garden suitable for children. There is a note on the bathroom that it is separate from the shower, so it is not possible to use water for washing.

We enjoyed a perfect holiday week at Apartment Muhle, Kaprun, over New Year. The owners were extremely helpful with all of our requests which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The apartment was very clean, had masses of storage, and was warm and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The standared was higher than I expected or had experienced elsewhere. There is a lovely childrens play room, a very useful boot/ski room, bakery deliveries daily, and a very nice sauna area in the basement. Washing machines are available at cost, and the bus stops are right outside, though it's only a 10 min walk into Kaprun. All in all, a great place to stay and I would definitely return!

We stayed for 6 nights at Appartmenthaus Mühle for our summer holiday visting different areas in Tirol/Salzburgerland. We really enjoyed the place in Kaprun, close to restaurants, shopping, busses and not far from great nature experiences like hiking in the area, Schmittenhöhe, Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn, the Sigmund Thunn gorge, the high altitude reservoirs, Grossglockner High Alpine Road and swimming in the lake at Zell am See. We used the Summerkarte a lot and saved a lot of money. It's a great base for enjoying an active holiday and when home you can relax on the large balcony with a great view or play in the garden. The host Johanna was very kind and we can definitely recommend this place.

Very nice and clean appartment. Everything was just fine. Sauna after skiing is a great option. Parking in front is big enough, skibus just 50 m away from the house. Restaurant opposite is also good one. I can honestly recommend. Hope to see you again

Hotel is located in the walking distance to the center of Kaprun and the ski-bus stop is on the front of the house. The owners are very helpful and friendly in every single matter. There is big , well equipped sauna room and the ski room. We stayed a week for the winter vacations and we can honestly recommend this place for the families.

Stayed 3 nights and wish it were more. Very friendly and helpful. Provided Kaprun Summer card which will save you a fortune as you will enter lots of places for free or discounted. Apartment was big, clean and had all what we needed. The location is perfect near Kaprun center and Zell am See. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is a small property, family run, walking distance from the town center, communicated with the ski centrer by the skibus. The recoomended restaurant across the street was excellent! We had a perfect skiing Easter time!

Nice, comfortable and clean apartment with a large balcony, beautiful view from the bedroom. Very nice hosts. The location was very close to Maiskogelbahn/Kitzsteinhorn and other ski resorts. The apartment is located next to the bus stop.
