Hotel Zhero – Ischgl/Kappl

I absolutely loved this hotel. The first thing I will say is that the staff go out their way. Nothing is too much trouble. A big shout goes out to JANINE. I must have driven her mad before I even arrived. They were all so helpful. Also to Guilia I believe that’s how you spell her name. On two occasions we had left stuff in the room and the staff collected it and dropped it off for me in the shuttle to Ischgl. That goes above and beyond. Also to Oskar and Colin on the front desk. Alex in the bar. The hotel is very cool and has a great vibe. It’s very stylish. The breakfast is outstanding and we had dinner one night at The saint which was good. The spa is great as is the indoor pool. Very nice after a day on the slopes. Whilst the hotel is slightly out of ischgl the shuttle is very efficient. There was only one occasion where I had to wait a little longer. The hotel realised they had this problem and hired an additional van to accommodate all the extra guests for half term week. If I was to say only two negatives it would be that the rooms are insanely hot. We had to keep the balcony door open the whole time. Also I would prefer not to have babies or at least very young kids jumping in the pool. Prob should be a minimum age restriction Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel and I will be back! 5* luxury on the slopes

Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. Usually half board is a bit of a risk but food was excellent. Spa also amazing and a lovely place to unwind after a hard day on the slopes. Out of town - but shuttle transfer works really well and runs most of the day and evening. Will return!

We recently stayed at the delightful Zhero hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, a big thank you for Oskar. The room was clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel has a beautiful spa, but maybe not enough space for all the guests. The hotel’s ski-in/ski-out facilities and equipment rental services made the overall experience incredibly convenient. The hotel's shuttle service is great. When you have the half pension you’ll get a fixed menu. The menu was great but maybe not for everyone. While the ski hotel overall provided a positive experience, the only thing that was very unpleasant was the heat. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Had stayed here last year with a group of friends. Liked it so much that I came back with the family. This year the stay was even better. First of all the staff is super friendly. They make you feel welcome, they take care of you and your family and they really go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The rooms are great. All the materials are of high quality. No comprises. Nice bathrooms, great beds, and also the sheets are superior. And, we got an upgrade for free. That was a pleasant surprise, particularly as we now were able to give our two boys a separate bedroom. At the risk of being too complimentary, everything about our stay was the best. Breakfast nice, fresh products, just the right amount of attention. Price-quality wise the guests are really winning in this hotel. We rented our ski's there, arranged the ski passes with them, and all was done in a smooth and easy way. Top ski materials. We enjoyed the spa, the pool. We will definetly come back. One comment I read somewhere else I can confirm: it's warm in the hotel. But as outside there is snow and ice, that is really nice. Oh and finally, a shout out to Oskar. Great guy who helped with a lot, including the charging of our electrical vehicle.

Great stay! We spent fabulous weekend full of great atmosphere. The room was clean and the shuttle bus was very fast and available anytime. We enjoyed especially very friendly vibe and cool music by DJ Nana Love. Thank you for all. Coming back soon 😎

Not recommended Not for families, strange people for a family trip. You feel quite uncomfortable. … Staff was not well trained. The room was quite cold( we had the presidential room, which indeed had a great design, spacious, but cold), and the lights were not enough. A kind of dark atmosphere everywhere. For us it was not very warm.
