We stayed 3 days and were very satisfied with the service! Staff were very courteous as we came in and out of the facilities and when we arrived at our room they had left a little welcome snack pack as I’d mentioned that this trip is a bit of a celebration. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for our travels. The hotel itself is a little old but it’s maintained pretty well, I never felt unsafe or that the hotel itself was unclean, it’s just noticeably an older building. If I’m ever back in Kaohsiung I’d definitely book this hotel again

Il Airline Inn è situato al di fuori della stazione di Kaohsiung, con trasporto pubblico accessibile a tutta la città e adiacenti città. It is only a 5-minute walk from the MRT City Council station, and a 20-30 minute drive from the airport and high-speed rail station, and only a 3-minute drive to Kaohsiung's famous sightseeing spots, such as the Love River and the Liuhe Night Market, and a 20-minute drive to Xiziwan. It is also a 20-minute drive to Xizi Bay.

Good choice if this is your first visit to the town, located the centre of Kaohsiung, hotel location is very convenient to everywhere, about 5 mins to the closest mrt station. 5 mins to Luo He night market which open until midnight. Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful as well especially for non-mandarin speaker. And the room is clean and quite spacious . Thank you !

It's within walkable distance to Liouhe Nightmarket.
You can get around the city by Youbike which is very convenient.
The staffs were not very friendly but they did their job.
Breakfast was not good so I didn't go on my second morning but just to have a coffee.
The hotel is clean, it is just quite old, but the room is very spacious.

Room is big, breakfast is not bad, nearest metro is less than 10 mins walk away from hotel and quite easy to find. Staff are helpful and friendly. Behind the hotel has a huge supermart but we didn't have time to explore. Overall a really good stay. Will consider staying here again!

The hotel location is good. The room is clean, although a bit small, as there is not much space between the bed and the TV. Also, there is not much choices for a vegetarian for the breakfast. Nevertheless, the price performance worth the stay.

Un hotel funzionale in una posizione molto conveniente, vicino al Pier No. 2, il distretto d'arte, dove è conveniente camminare, e fiere sono tenute in vacanza. Vicino a me c’è un fermo a tram, che passa attraverso tutti i piatti e tutti i posti necessari nella città, e vi sono più fermate di autobus, la mia stanza era molto spaziosa e la pulizia era impeccabile. La stanza è bella e moderna, ma devi ricordare che ci sono solo pochi travi (nessun giacca), e la luce nella stanza è un po' buio (anche se c'è una lampada da scrivania sul desk per lavorare).

Camera: grande dimensione, si ottiene tutto quello che è necessario e bagno è pulito è bene. La pressione dell'acqua è grande, dato che questo è un problema comune per gli edifici più anziani.
Ma il letto è piuttosto incomodo, il coperchio è letteralmente solo un pezzo di coperchio che si sente strano tutta la notte.
L'insolazione è media, perché si può sentire la gente chiudere la porta e festeggiare la notte.

EExpatThis was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apar**ent. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either.
They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing.
As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same.
Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it.
Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too.
The place feels comfortable and private.
Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water.
Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

KKarieirakHotel staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We managed to get two rooms side by side which is a plus point. Every floor has a water dispenser which is very useful if we need hot water. There is a laundry room on the third floor with free washing powder to use. Breakfast buffet on the second floor was really great, my family loves the variety of the food provided and everyday some of the items will be changed too. Hotel is located in between Kaohsiung station and Formosa Boulevard station. Currently there are renovation going on at Kaohsiung station which cause a slight detour if we were to walk over there. Walking time are both around 10mins. Overall we are really satisfied with the stay.

SShie HwangL'hotel CU è un nuovo hotel, la ricezione è completamente AI ma se hai bisogno di aiuto, il ricevitore vi ascolterà per telefono e arriva anche alla tua stanza rapidamente! È meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Kaohsiung e proprio accanto al distretto di abbigliamento per facile shopping! All'altra parte della strada, a piedi circa 15 minuti a piedi a San Feng strada media per fare shopping per i prodotti secchi.Inizialmente la prova del suono non è buona, ma è rimasta abbastanza per la notte. Lavastoviglie e servizi di asciugamani sono economici a TWD 35 Ogni e ogni pacchetto di detergente al TWD 10 se ricordo correttamente. rimarrà certamente qui!

Posso prevedere qualche inconveniente se ci fosse un paio o due amici che rimangono qui, perché la camera da bagno è un concetto molto aperto. Quindi, bisogna cambiare dentro la doccia prima di uscire, ecc., e non c'è porta adatto, eccetto una porta di vetro semiopace.
Dopo aver detto, ero per me stesso per il mio soggiorno, così era perfetta per me, il letto è comodo, il posto era pulito.
Hanno questo sistema di check-in che funziona bene, ma sono stato un po' ritirato all'inizio perché dovevo scansionare il codice qr, ottenere Internet e fare le cose da solo mentre appena arrivato al posto con bagagli, ecc. Non è una grandezza, ma sarebbe stato bello se il personale potesse controllare me o offrire un po'di aiuto, perché non c'erano altri ospiti.
Non ho usato nessun altro impianto, ma durante il giorno il lobby opera come caffè, e c'è un lavandino in B1. La posizione è conveniente e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Kaohsiung, la stazione sta attraversando una grande costruzione, quindi se avessi saputo, probabilmente avrei scelto di rimanere da qualche parte vicino al Boulevard Formosa invece dato che ha 2 linee MRT. Ma hotel-saggio, è vicino alla stazione e ha negozi di comodità/opzioni alimentari veloce a piedi.

UUtente ospiteHaving stayed at both Grand Hotels in Taipei and Kaohsiung, the Taipei location is hands down the premier location. The Grand Hotel in Taipei is genuinely a delightful establishment, perhaps my favorite hotel in all of Taiwan. However, the same cannot be said for the Kaohsiung location. It is clearly secondary and even a bit neglected. The hotel and its accommodations are fairly nice but at the same time feel quite outdated. The location is relaxing though, if you want to be able to sit by a pool or on a balcony looking out at a lake. Probably the biggest disappointment of my stay was that I was denied entry to the dinner buffet. People who were not guests at the hotel had already reserved all the seats. Luckily, I was able to secure a seat at a different restaurant in the hotel. I think hotel guests should have priority for seats at the buffet. When I was denied access to the buffet it felt like I was being treated as a second class citizen. “Everyone here has reservations…” the hostess told me. Well… how many of them were actually staying at the hotel? From what I could tell, not many of them were.
