Hotel in zona Taiwan Sugar Museum, Kaohsiung

H2O hotel is excellent. Their staff are very polite and friendly, facilities are new and bed is comfortable. Location is good, very close to the Hansen Arena and RuiFeng night market.

The light of restroom can’t turn off. Can’t sleep well that night. Although hotel offers another room but kids are sleeping. No help for the situation while 11:00pm. The sensor of toilet is also have problems. Sometimes can’t flush it. Not satisfied about this stay. Its 5 star hotel should not have this issue.

Walking distance from Houyi station (there's 3 bubble tea shops along the way). One thing to note: nearest exit (exit 3) have escalators going upwards only, need to walk to a further exit with a lift (exit 2). Room wasn't very clean, TV remote control was so dusty. Hotel breakfast was meh, disappointing.

I recently stayed at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Station) and had a wonderful experience. Convenient Location: The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Kaohsiung Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Excellent Service: The staff were very welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices and was quite enjoyable. It catered to different tastes, and the quality was impressive. Thoughtful Amenities: I appreciated the free tea and coffee service available all day, which added a touch of comfort and convenience. Overall, Kindness Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

Viviamo nell'hotel per due giorni. Quando si sono sistemati, non hanno capito perché dovremmo pagare la seconda volta. È evidente che quando si prenota su Bucking, i nostri soldi erano bloccati, ma nel pagamento non era riflesso. Dopo il rimborso, ci siamo sistemati nella stanza. L'hotel è pulito, comodo, vicino alla notte e nei mercati delle cose - 5 minuti a piedi. L'hotel offre una cena leggera in serata - buffet, torte, gelatina, tè, caffè, bevande. Ci sono molti negozi, caffè, stazione di metro e fermate di autobus vicino. Siamo felici di questo hotel, se c'è un'opportunità, ci rientraremo.

we stay only for 1 night and it was a short day trip only because tomorrow we will fly back to Sabah Malaysia. The hotel location for me just nice not so convenient and it takes around 7-10 minutes to walk to the nearest train station. But what we love this hotel room is clean and the mattress is comfort.

Relaxing ambiance of the pool and i love the breakfast they serve.. Location near night market just how many minutes of walk away..

I had an amazing stay here: very clean and I love the room layout. I arrived in the evening and thanks to the staff, who was accommodating to my special request. The large room can actually fit 3 people, too bad I only traveled alone. Aside from the large bed, the sofa can be converted to an extra bed. But the price I paid was worth it, even if I stayed alone. I'll definitely stay here again next time, with family/friends. 🥰
