Hotel in zona Sanduo Shopping District/Wufu Shopping District, Kaohsiung

The room is clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 teen. The breakfast varieties are in ********* style, including Savory soy milk and congee. Since we only travelled with Red line metro, the hotel’s location is super convenient for us, it took 14mins to the airport, 6mins to Formosa Boulevard Station. Overall, we loved to stay in this hotel, no stress and save time on travelling.

La posizione di Han Hsien è molto conveniente. È a soli venti minuti dall'aeroporto. Ci sono negozi di caffè, bacche e mercati, stalle di frutta e negozi di fiori nel quartiere. Il parco di compleanno è proprio intorno all'angolo. L'hotel dispone di una piscina, un spa e un ristorante cantone di dim sum che sono tutti di buono standard. L'hotel non è nuovo ma è ben mantenuto.

Service was great! Everyone was super polite and there was always someone who was fluent in multiple languages. Very clean. I loved the coed outdoor pool on the upper level as well as the same-sex hot tub and sauna rooms. Best part was the food! I have attached photos of the food I got there (all included for free with executive floor rooms). Breakfast was amazing! I booked the executive floor room (so basically any room on floors 18-20). Executive rooms comes with breakfast by default even if you don't book one that explicitly includes the breakfast. There's actually 2 options for breakfast. There's the Nikko Room Executive breakfast on the top floor where there's a made to order menu (2 choices/day) as well as a buffet of Hors d'oeuvre style foods. The first day we ordered bruleed banana with pancake and egg and then this crepe thing. I preferred the breakfast on the second floor at the Serena All day Restaurant. Serena Restaurant had Haagen Daz ice cream and a greater variety of foods including choose your fruit juice bar, noodle station, lots of buffet style western and asian food, ham by the slice, they also had a cart they pushed around with Hong Kong style dim sum and also another cart for bread. Booking the executive floor rooms also gave you afternoon tea (3-5pm) which was Hors d'oeuvres and they had a fridge of drinks including, juice, soda, and beer. One day they had a whole rack of fresh honeycomb that you could slice off and eat. Executive room also gives you Cocktail hour which you can choose from 2 drinks on the menu that they make for you or there's alcohol on the table you can pour yourself. It's unlimited drinks. There's also Hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. Location is decent. It's quiet but not very close to major attractions. It's close to Costco so we went several times. Trains are about a 10 minute walk away so not that close. Not many nearby attractions but that's more of the layout of KaohSiung, we walked to the train and went to the art pier as well as cijin old street, and the Love's Lookout.

酒店二樓餐廳的服務員態度很殷勤，服務很好，晚上有服務員煮自助餐担仔麵，很豐富，很多人手招待及執枱，十分熱鬧及熱情。 房間乾淨、有按摩花灑及設備完善。 但是泊車方面洒店安排十分之差，五點去到竟然一個位置泊車也設有。我們問可否如有位至電给我們也不能安排。迫使我們一定在外找停車位，傍邊停車埸更加痴線是一百元台幣一小時，我們如何找到位置泊過夜，我們在訂洒店已經要求有車位才過來，如果接受了我們要泊車客人訂單便要預留車位給我們，否則便不要接受我們訂單，好使我們租其他酒店。我們找不到車位泊車真的十分麻煩。如果你們沒有車位，應拒絕我們訂房，我們五時check in 後要揸車四處找車位泊過夜，酒店說資助200元台幣泊車，根本沒有可能在酒店附近找到路邊泊車格，只好監生俾人劏，用了差不多500 元台幣泊了一晚車，我們租車一天差不多1500元台幣，泊車又用了500台幣，租車加泊車費已經可以租一晚這個康槁三多酒店。不是金錢問題，我們有要求，需要服務，沒有這服務便不要給旅客麻煩，令你們台灣的酒店業留下很差的印象。你哋如果冇車位，我們可以去租其他。 我們用了500台幣找了很久找到停車位一晚，拿了發票給酒店之前答應退回200元台幣，到了check out 時候，我們趕去飛機埸，洒店竟然想賴皮，說我們要去停車場行政部打印一張有車牌照片的車照連同500元泊車證明再回來claim那個200元台幣的資助。我們真的嬲到爆炸，這樣的服務簡直不知所謂。 你們廣告是可安排泊車，然後收了錢確認了訂單，去到洒店沒有位泊車，然後又話給客人200台幣外出泊車，客人用了500台幣泊車也沒什麼特別要求，只想簡單了事check out 退房趕機埸，洒店退回200台幣又說到是資助客人，到退款又多為難，我們來台灣旅遊，租車、消費、購物、觀光、汽車油費、外面泊車、飛機票及食宿等，我們一天消賷最小用了每晚台幣一萬元。我們二人來台三天假期用了差不多四萬元台幣，二人即用了差不多港幣一萬元。 這個酒店真的政策當酒店的客人是乞丐嗎，200台幣外面泊車條件是你們開出的條件，我們泊了500一晚也沒有什麼要求，拿收據给你們卻諸多為難，我丈夫立即跟我說不要你們的200台幣，但你們酒店這做法必須給所有消費者知道。

Very comfortable hotel for the price and location. Bed and duvet very comfortable as well. The only complaint would be the sound insulation - there is a large gap under the door - 2cm, so I could hear every single movement of the guest next door opening and closing their door… so imagine they would be able to hear mine as well. I’d stay here again. Hope the hotel finds a way to improve that gap issue.

The place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

The hotel was very clean. There is a large lobby area with free tea and chips. The location is great, close to both MRT and light rail. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel. The clerks were kind and willing to help. This hotel has provided delicious food, like breakfast and night snacks refreshments as well as 24-hour coffee and ice cream. Thank you for giving my family such a great staying experience. I'd like to recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to stay in Kaohsiung.
